Stayed at the Godfrey for a knitting retreat & the service at the retreat was amazing, food was well done & plentiful! Thank you to the staff! Front desk staff was great as well - Lauren, Valeria & Simona greeted us with a smile! The room was clean & housekeeping was very quick to respond to our needs! We didn’t check out the workout room & took the train to the city rather than pay sky high parking. Room was clean. Would recommend this hotel.

Almost never write reviews but this hotel and staff were remarkable. The location was very close to offices for a business trip with good restaurants and local bars close by. The hotel and rooms are spotless and everyone was exceedingly kind and helpful. If you are looking for the perfect spot for shopping, dining, a business trip, or just a get away in River North, this is the spot. Hugo and the rest of the team will make it feel like home away from home.

We stayed at the Godfrey for our honey moon. The rooms were beautiful and the hotel was so clean. This hotel is about a mile from Michigan avenue and other hidden gems such as a wonderful steakhouse. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating it was a little more expensive but I would stay here over and over again! Highly recommend!

Neat and big room! Love the city view. Friendly staff💓 near to many tourist spots and love the ambiance. The restaurant is awesome as well! Sleeping here feels so good with their comfy sheets and they also have robes and slippers. i highly recommend this place. Love it!!!

The hotel was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Front desk was super nice, especially my girl Simona. Will definitely recommend staying here! The location was nice as well. About 12 minutes from every activity we did. Valet is a little pricey but I’m sure paying to park on the street would’ve been just as much.

This hotel was nice, booked last min for a occasion. The hotel offers a rooftop but it closes very early on Sundays and the rooftop is one of the reasons we chose this hotel and we're unable to go to it closes at around 7p or 8pm This hotel doesn't have any other amenities that's interesting except fitness area, spa was closed and no swimming pool or food area. The room we had was a suite it was a nice size, kinda of dated need some updated furniture, bed was comfy and bathroom was spacious. The refrigerator didn't get very cold. The parking and valet was high at this hotel decided to park on the street, which was the best choice.

Great value and super nice staff! Simona helped us take care of everything we needed, including a late check out. Location is great too—close to the river and lots of good bars and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone coming to stay in the city!

The staff Valeria, Lauren,and simona were the best ever. They were so helpful. The room was amazing.we will definitely stay again. The room was so comfortable. I can’t wait for our next hockey game. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.
