Cluttered but comfortable. It’s a very homey spot and you can tell that Paul and Joy really use the space and enjoy hosting guests. We stayed in the suite with another couple the night before and after we hiked half dome. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. All the supplies we could have needed and then some were provided both in the rooms and in the kitchen.

We had such a beautiful time at the Getaway. Located about an hour away from Yosemite park, this b&b is such a relaxing place to spend late afternoons and nights after hiking! We loved staying here and we wish we could stay longer. Thank you Paul for 3 fantastic days!

The owner is a really nice and caring guy who makes sure that you have everything that you need (e.g. 20 different kinds of tea, coffee and pancake syrup). Don't miss his tasty breakfast.

The location is one hour from the Yosemite park entrance. The house has a nice fair, which makes you want to spend all day on the patio or in the huge living room. Also, there is a fancy hot tub that you can use. You can park directly in front of the house. It is very calm at night and there are no bugs outside!

We just thought that it could be a bit more clean.

If we return to Yosemite, we are happy to stay here again.

It's a great place to stay right around nature. Very welcoming hosts with the cutest pets. The breakfast they made for us is amazing too!
