What a beautiful hotel. The lake views are stunning. We stayed three nights in April. It was great to get away from everything. The room was comfortable and had a thermostat that we could control. We loved the King-sized bed. Me more than my husband who thought it was too firm. If you stay here try to get a lake view. It’s worth the money. The only disappointment was not having a microwave in the room. We will come back.

The view from our room was amazing! You can’t beat that. The room was very clean and put together. Check in and out was a breeze. Internet was spotty. Bed was fairly uncomfortable with many wake ups throughout the night. Minor inattention to details - patched holes in wall without yet being painted. Overall, nice get away for one evening for my husband and me.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the winter fest in Lake Geneva. It was a very nice looking hotel. We walked in and checked in and then they gave us complementary glasses of champagne. There was also a complementary bottle of champagne in the room. I thought that was a nice start. We go to the room and it is very old. There are very few USB ports or electrical outlets. The hotel has one restaurant. It is not open for breakfast unless it’s Sunday. When it’s open on Sunday, they call it a Sunday brunch, but it really is order off a menu. Sunday night the restaurant is closed. We ate there Saturday night. There are restaurants nearby.

The location is absolutely beautiful. We came off season in March so I can only imagine when the weather is even better. The staff was friendly, very accommodating and helpful. My husband and I left our bags at the hotel before check in so we could explore the town a bit.

We arrived late Friday night and was greeted with a friendly front desk host. Upon checking in I was told we'd have to have a $300 hold on our card, which I didn't recall ever being told that or reading that. Also upon leaving you don't get that back for 7-10 days.

The room was clean, clean sparkling white towels, comfy bed and pillows, the balcony view was beautiful.

The only option for breakfast is a little to go 'cafe' I personally wouldn't consider it a cafe. Good coffee, but all food is packaged. They were out of, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and breakfast burritos were all the same and had bacon - which I can't eat. I asked for the Yogurt but they had no fruit or granola for it.

Sunday we got up and were going to grab food and coffee at the 'cafe' and found it was closed on Sunday's and the restaurant doesn't open until 10 am ( it was 8 am) So, altho lovely place, not sure I'd go back due to lack of breakfast, coffee options. We personally don't use the coffee makers in the rooms at any hotel, not sure how clean they are. So, they have them but just not what we do . We drove a short distance to Starbucks.

We went for a long relaxing weekend - not too relaxing when you struggle with breakfast choices.

I reserved a suite for my family to enjoy end of winter in addition to me doing work. Restaurant was being renovated. OK bad timing for me. Took the family out to eat dinner.Internet went out from 7 PM until early morning. I understand if there is a blackout that “rarely occurs”. I went to Panera Bread downtown to do some work and after the lights came back on still no Internet. OK, not your fault so I went down to work out in the “gym” but only found one elliptical machine and one stationary bike with a few 1 to 2 pound dumbbells with a mat. OK, maybe your guests don’t like exercising. The view is beautiful overlooking the lake, but when I called the next morning to vent my frustration as I was not prepared for the morning meeting, I was given no restitution or offered anything toward a future stay!? Ok, guess they don’t need my business! Too many other lakeside hotels with the same view for me to feel ignored.

The staff and rooms are all wonderful and it was immaculate. We love the Geneva Inn . The location, cleanliness, views and beds are amazing. We needed to take a break and this resort met all of our needs and more.||The amazing staff made us feel so special.

Lovely views and wonderful dinner from the restaurant.

The room could be a bit cleaner. There were dark stains from the dirty condensation.

When I ordered room service we found out the website menu had not been updated. Brie brought us a physical menu straight away and it was delivered quickly.

Brie and the bartender from Saturday gets a 5 star service review. However, the front desk didn’t acknowledge anyone as they entered or left the building.

Breakfast was nonexistent.
