We did our vow renewal here and it was beautiful. Kavita was very flexible with us. It was greatly appreciated. Also the morning of the renewal very last minute they were quick to help with some final things that needed to be set up that I was unable to do. When I arrived everything looked beautiful and very nicely done. Everyone was very nice to us and Kavita was always very quick with connecting with us. It was very cold the day of our event so we did the ceremony inside and used the larger area for our reception. It all worked out so beautifully. Since it had snowed the day of our event we were unable to take the photos we had wanted to take. The staff allowed us to return to take photos on the bridge and surrounding areas of the hotel. Thankfully this did work out and we got beautiful photos because of that. All our guest were blown away with the food and how good it was. We had plenty for everyone. All in all everything flowed quite well and no hick ups were had for us. The only negative thing that happened is my flowers got thrown out that were on the tables. I had wanted to bring those home and make wall hanging photos out of them as gifts for my daughters and other family. Just be very clear and detailed with any communication. I think the clean up crew was the ones that dropped the ball with my flowers. Kavita did replace the flowers for me and that was nice of her. I appreciated it very much. Like I said over all everything was great. Everyone had a good time, staff was very good to us and our guest. It was nice to not need to worry about so much on our special day. It is def one I will always remember and treasure.

Dear Brides and Grooms (or event planners),
If you're having a wedding or other event in Prescott, BOOK this hidden gem close to Downtown Prescott: Event Center at Sam Hill Warehouse. I attended a wedding here and had the best time ever! The January 2025 view of the outdoor patio was amazing. The food and beverage were on point, and the staff was super organized, keeping the water station filled, refilling water, clearing plates after the buffet, and more, as wedding guests danced the night away to the DJ. If you want a historic look yet awesome updated interior and patio awesome event space, check this out!

Pros: The Venue! The bridge/cocktail area, and reception area is just absolutely breathtaking. I canât say enough about how my photos turned out etc that it was just beautiful and amazing.
FOOD- food is phenomenal. The chef and kitchen staff should be recognized because we got soo many compliments on how good the food was.
Flexible- the venue did accommodate some last minute changes for me of adding a table and rearranging some of my table seating and final plans.
Responsive- Overall, the management team was responsive to emails leading up the day.
Cons:
Brides room - one desk one mirror, no natural light and dated furniture. It needs a remodel desperately it doesnât match the elevation of the rest of the venue.
Food- our guests ran out of food and we had children/we had 8 no shows and still ran out of food for last two tables.
Wedding coordinator - told we would have one and then that was removed 30 days ahead of wedding.
Hotel room- hotel room is not included in price.
Bar/food/etc- if you do food through them you canât bring in any outside vendor for food aside from cake. EVERYTHING is charged on headcount consumption. There are no flat fees or paying for a certain amount. You pay your guest count and by consumption. It was very limiting, but we did agree to this upfront so nothing that was a surprise to us and was in our contract. (Just not as advantageous as other venues menu/bar options).
Summary:
our contract/booking of this place started with a day of coordinator being included in the price. After we signed our contract and were a month away, we were told it would be 1200 more for that and because they told us they would have it the sales manager Kavita would assume that role and take care of it. The only thing I can say is if you hire this venue, you need to hire a day of coordinator. Do not rely on Kavita or the team being able to do it. Soooo much went wrong and was missed due to not having that. So biggest tip if you hire this vendor- is hire an outside wedding planner. Some things that were missed- execution of detail items, I bought cocktail toppers that were never placed out, I bought wedding coloring books and games that were never given to the kids, my advice wedding cards were never taken out of the price tag packaging, etc. little things that added up.
Cocktail hour- the purpose of this hour is to give the bride and groom time for photos. The team never cleared the bridge of all the chairs so we didnât get a chance to get any additional photos on the bridge. During our hour, the sales manager interrupted our photographer to ask me and my husband questions four times. It was very frustrating to not have the time to get photos in.
Flowers- I had the most beautiful arch and flowers. The management requested for my family to help love the arch into the reception space from the bridge. Additionally, when the wedding was over the team threw every last flower away. My husbands and I went to pick up the arch at 7am the next morning and they had thrown it in the trash.
When the wedding ended the team again had my family help clean up in addition, my family kept calling me to ask me questions because the team didnât know what to do with all the items. Again something a planner would have taken care of. I had everything I owned/everything mapped out in a detail book for the team of what needed to be boxed back up for personal items and what wasnât. Overall, the last thing you want to hear after you leave your wedding is what to do with your stuff and get phone calls till 11 at night. It was super disappointing.
If you hire a planner and donât go with their day of coordination option, I think it will execute flawlessly and youâll love it. They arenât prepared for what it takes to execute on a wedding. I wish I could honestly work for them and help them with weddings and their marketing. I will say post wedding I had a discussion and in efforts to make things right the venue offered some money off our last payment and comped our hotel room. Doesnât change how the day went, but efforts were there.

Great venue. Plenty of parking. They do need to have more cocktail tables available and maybe another bar besides the two small bars inside, as they tend to get too backed up. The staff is helpful, professional, and fast. We were here for a children's fund raising event during the Holidays.

I had the pleasure of hosting our annual company Christmas Party at the Sam Hill Warehouse in downtown Prescott. My event coordinator, Kavita Singh, was very responsive to my questions and did a fantastic job bringing it all together for our event. The room looked wonderful with their set up and Christmas tree. Even the napkins were folded special!
Christian and Deven kept everything flowing without a hitch, and kept in constant contact with me throughout the evening. Chef Beckah prepared a wonderful meal, from the salads and sides to the main courses. Linda behind the bar was perfect! Our servers Brooke and Adriana were on top of refills and clearing tables, and were great with our guests.
I highly recommend working with this extremely professional group on any event! I have received nothing but compliments from my guests on the venue, food, and service. Well done guys!

This place is beautiful and large. However, there is one caveat that makes me truly not able to enjoy it the way I'd like. It is all hard surfaces with tall ceilings, so it is incredibly loud even when the crowd is reasonably quiet. It would be nice if they would add padding towards the top of the walls and ceiling to dampen the noise. Until that happens, I don't recommend using it for your events.

The Sam Hill Warehouse / Hilton Garden Inn venue with the tressle bridge is beautiful and laid out very well, especially for a smaller (<100 person) wedding. We were so excited about having our son's wedding there as was everyone in the wedding party and the guests. All the prep work went well. Unfortunately, there was some issue right at the time of our wedding and the banquet manager we had been working with for months did not show up on the wedding day and we were not informed. Throughout the day and the event, many things were missed or dropped because the point person wasn't there, which caused the families to have to do more during the prep and wedding and therefore not be able to just enjoy the event. We had a lovely wedding because the parents of the bride and groom were working in the background cleaning, moving tables, directing staff, amusing guests when dinner was delayed, etc. Until they get this figured out, you may want to look elsewhere for your venue.
