We hosted our wedding block at the Emily hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. Their team made the contract negotiations very seamless and even lower the attrition rate for us so that we were on the hook for a lower % of our blocked rooms. The actual weekend of the wedding, the hotel staff could not have been nicer. They were so incredibly accommodating with every single request and our guests would not stop talking about how great their stay was. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The service was beyond our expectations! We were there for my daughter's wedding and Leo took great care, helping with gift bags and early check in for family arriving from out of town. Comfortable rooms. Nice bathroom products. Restaurant was good quality too! Thank you for taking amazing care of us this weekend.

My two girlfriends and I had a great hotel experience. It was a clean, spacious and comfortable room to come back to after a long day out. Perfect location in West loop and very close to many restaurants, cafes, and stores. Also appreciated the Malin and Goetz toiletries in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The Emily Hotel itself was absolutely lovely—modern, clean, and a fantastic place for our wedding guests to stay. Everyone enjoyed the comfortable rooms and great amenities. However, the process of booking room blocks was frustrating. It was not as smooth as we had hoped, and several of our guests had trouble making reservations or getting assistance when they called. While the hotel itself was wonderful, the reservation experience could have been much better. If they improve their booking process, it would be a perfect choice!

We enjoyed our stay. Staff helpful, enjoyed our dinner and location was excellent for all of our activities. The room was comfortable and close to the elevator very helpful.|The room design was quite interesting and of course the one chair continues to puzzle why this is the trend in all recent hotel visits.

Everyone was so pleasant and friendly to us! Everything was perfect! From checking in to getting our car parked in valet. All weekend long we felt super comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying again! Such a cute area of chicago as well and just a short uber ride to everywhere we needed to go!

I've stayed here many times for work and play. I love the location in the West Loop neighborhood- there are so many great restaurants within a few minutes walk. The breakfast in the hotel (Flora) is wonderful, and they also have a great coffee bar cafe too which makes mornings nice and easy without searching out decent food and coffee. The rooms are chic and comfortable with plenty of space. They have the good hair dryers (very important)!! The staff is always friendly, and it's a go to hotel for me when I'm in the city.

I booked with The Emily Hotel for a pleasurable weekend in Chicago coming off an international flight, however it was far from relaxing. When I first checked in at 7:20pm the downstairs restaurant was closed so I made my way upstairs to grab some food. The individual at the host stand refused me entry for the bar, stating that I needed a reservation. I convinced him to let me in considering I just landed after a 10hr flight. Once in, I then saw there was ample amount of seating at the bar and tables. I can only assume that I was refused entry because I did not present as the “target audience” for the establishment, despite paying them 1200+ to stay. Continuing, the room I booked did not have any AC and the temperature was 78 degrees the entire day and night. The hotel again refused to accommodate. This is my first night of three, so I will provide an update in the coming days. But so far 0/10.
