Me and my wife came back here for the first time in awhile. We ordered the 1/3lb cheeseburger and fries basket. The burger was very good and the fries were hot and fresh. The waitress was very welcoming and was very sweet to our young daughter who we brought along. Good food, good music and great people!

The Edge is a casual and friendly bar and grill popular with locals and travelers.

Recently (Oct 2021) we have eaten lunch there twice. Both times we had very good sandwiches: including a hand breaded tenderloin, grilled tenderloin, 1/3 lb cheeseburger, fries and onion rings. The burgers were juicy and tasty, and I particularly enjoyed the hand-breaded tenderloin. The fries and onion rings were tasty and not overcooked.

The prices are reasonable, and the daily specials add chips and a pickle spear. We drink pop, and The Edge has both Pepsi and Coke related products in cans for $1.00.

Although the exterior isn't fancy, the employees were friendly and efficient, seating is plentiful, the interior well lit and clean, the restrooms were clean, and there is a nice outdoor patio area with picnic tables. Parking is also plentiful, and The Edge is a popular place for car clubs and motorcyclists to stop. They occasionally have live bands outside.

We really like The Edge. The building is nothing fancy but it is clean and well kept. It was voted 'number one dive bar' in 2023. It's a favorite with the locals, trades-people on their breaks, motorcyclists, and people just passing through on the highway or Interstate. There is plenty of inside seating, a huge parking lot, and a large outdoor seating area with a canopy and picnic tables, The staff, owners, and customers are friendly to everyone. It is not a rowdy bar and it is family friendly (there is a kids menu). They have cheap drink prices and very reasonably priced bar food: as of Nov 2024 most sandwiches range from about five to eight dollars, chips add a dollar, fries add about three dollars. A can of pop is a buck. A favorite sandwichs of mine are the hand-pounded and breaded deep-fried tenderloin and the large polish sausage (they have local, Boetje's dark mustard available). There are a few video gaming machines. They have tacos on Wednesday evenings. They occasionally will have a small band inside or outside.

We love local businesses and spotted this place as a #1Dive bar. Here for lunch. Super friendly staff! And friendly local people. Great place to sit outside on this sunny day. Tenderloin and fish sandwich with fries were good! Love the grilled buns 👍👍 we hear the crab Rangoon Bites are good so we plan to stop again when we are this way.
