I've been staying here for a while now, and I'm posting this under an account without my name on it because I'm terrified of retaliation from the owner. I can't move because of the never-ending cycle of paying for the room. If you stay here, you're basically paying luxury prices for a room that's been ghetto fixed for you to stay in. Gazebo is nearly falling apart, and they thought a poorly laid patio and planting a couple of trees would fix it. Don't count on the pool being open until 2 weeks after the town pool opens or when the owner just doesn't feel like opening it. Smoking rooms come with smoke alarms that are either off and unplugged or don't work at all. The "free wifi" they have is regular in home internet boxes. If you aren't close enough to the room with the internet boxes in it, don't count on wifi either. The owner doesn't do anything about animals getting dumped on property when people move out or even while staying here. Had to take it upon myself to make sure a few dumped pets ended up in good homes. (Dumping animals is animal abuse. Animal abuse is a felony in this state. Owner has descriptions of all animals living on property, so he has to be aware of who dumped the pets. He won't call ivar until the pet has been out there for weeks.)

Has its ups and downs. But at the end of a long week. Usually dependable. Clean. No bedbugs. No weirdness. Just sometimes doesn’t have a non smoking room available. For the staff and affordable price. Worth looking into. Nothing fancy. No am breakfast. But serves its purpose. Quiet. Safe area. No crime. It’s alright.

This was the WORST "hotel hell" I have ever experienced in my 50 years on Gods green earth. Spiders EVERYWHERE. Freezing, only one register worked at very minimal. You can SEE INTO THE NEXT ROOM through the crack in the adjoining door & we could hear her snoring or cough. There was a BLOODY FOOTPRINT on the CEMENT floor. The ac unit looked like it was going to fall through to outside at any big gust of wind & the people that were in the parking lot......ummmm, yuk. We slept in our car, it was cleaner & warmer & SHAME on the people who run this dump.

Room was clean with newly redone floors. The mattress was comfortable (yet squeaky) and the service was rather good, the staff were helpful and friendly. The pool was also a great touch. The AC worked fairly slowly and the rooms were a bit outdated compared to other hotels/inns. Otherwise, it was a great experience!

Good Heavens!!! This place was filthy, old, run down and falling apart. Walking around in my bare feet the bottom of my feet turned black!! There were obvious full timers living there. The place was disgustingly dirty and unsanitary. I hope we didn't collect bedbugs in our luggage. The positive was the staff were very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

After booking and seeing the reviews. I was a little scared to come here. I asked the guy at front desk if we were going to die here. While staying here for 2 nights, there is nothing wrong with this place. It is a small town motel! It is not going to be perfect, like any of them are? The experience here was a good one. If you want to stay at a Hilton or a more expensive place, then don't come here. It is a small motel, in a small town, and is just right for if you only need a place to rest you head at night. Each room has a door mat, it's own key and you have your own spot in front of your door to park. Yes, there was some issues with cleaning by honestly it all was behind the tv, the sheets, linens, and everything else was clean. Very quiet, no kids screaming up and down hall, if someone is walking around outside you do not hear them since each door goes to parking lot. No annoying neighbors. I love this place and will probably be back just on price alone. I will stop coming once I see a reason, so far nothing.

This is a small town, nice cozy kinda romantic. Free WiFi, flat screen, smoking, great channel listing, unique looking bath tub. Water not real real hot but is workable. Fridge, microwave. Nice pillows, and pretty comfy bed, parking right in front of room. I forget the actual name but in smaller words beautiful picnic area. Would definitely stay here again, and definitely recommend to others
