Searching for a restaurant to eat at on the way to Panama city and there was nothing but fast food until I stumbled upon this place. Figured we'd give it a shot and also check out the "casino" aspect of it. First off, the place is gorgeous. I mean really beautiful architecture. Not just the outside, but the interior is so beautiful and looks newly renovated. The restaurant is so nice looking so we had such high hopes! The prices looked decent too! We were surprised to see how empty it was. Monday at noon and we were the only ones.

When the food arrived, we were immediately disappointed. The sausage was served on a slide of sandwich bread. The garlic knots were hard and cold. The chicken fingers had a strange breading and were not fried to a golden brown. The fries were just your typical cheap frozen fries. For such a gorgeous interior, I would have expected much higher food quality standards. I would never eat here again unless I had to based on how poorly everything was done. It seems as though they need a chef who knows how to cook, to shorten the menu and train the staff on how to cook good food. For such a gorgeous establishment, the food is a huge wasted opportunity.

The casino has a weird way to play that provides a loophole around an actual casino. I hope to return sometime to try it out when I have the time

Although it’s not a “real casino” due to the obvious legal implications, this place is still a good time. I went on my 21st birthday and it was truly a great experience. The restrooms were clean, the environment was welcoming, and the staff were very nice! My favorite was Misha, she was very helpful. I could tell she was pretty busy, but she never hesitated to answer any questions or get me on track with what I was trying to do. Offered great advice and pointers. Love a hard worker who keeps a great attitude!

Went on a Monday night around 6 pm to get a quick bite to eat, and it took forever to get our food. The egg rolls were okay. The mozzarella sticks and hotdog were sub par. The restaurant smelled strongly of smoke.

Jasper customer service is second to none! The facility quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. When I arrived I didn’t quite understand how to play on certain games but with the help of Jasper, Karen, and Megan they had no issue with explaining how everything works! Their professionalism is outstanding and customer service is always inviting and comfortable!

First and last visit...wasn't impressed at all...locals not many slots and out dated games.. soke fills the place as soon as you walk in and they playing process was not even worth an initial investment...definitely not a real casino just a place to hangout and donate money to. Maybe have a drink or some lunch. If you are a serious gambler I Definitely don't recommend stopping in.

This is not a casino that uses actual skill based machines. They are chance machines. It costs money to take a chance to get to a spin on the machine. Very bad experience. I tried about 7 of the maybe 12 different kind of games. I went down $30.00 then got it back and made almost $10.00. then had to pay for a bingo card and get a bingo to cash out. Awful! Walked out $5 up and will never return. The game floor is also full of cigarette smoke. No air filters? It was bad. Don't waste your time.
