Simple yet so enjoyable. Great place to grab lunch if you want a quick but heavy meal! Has that cozy and local feeling with familiar faces. The server is very sweet and even remembered us from our last visit three months ago. Meal was very satisfying and filling — one sandwich is a great portion size to split between two people, and the beignets were fantastic. Definitely will be coming back!

If you like corned beef you have come to the right place. I had the Jerk, and the wife had the classic. Both were huge. Lots of corned beef on the sandwiches. The meat is soft tender and juicy. Really good. The jerk has some heat but a good heat. Good flavor. Must try it!

It was probably the best corned beef we’ve had. We had the Reuben and the Jerk, both were amazing. The Jerk has heat to it, which we really loved the flavor. Friendly people and great service. Get your own sandwich, so you can have leftovers. It is more of a take out place, but they did have some seating that we sat at. Definitely going back.

Corned Beef Hideout in Romeoville, Illinois- The owner of this small and mighty business is India. Seriously puts Manny's in Chicago to shame 😉 She works pure magic with her Vienna corned beef. The portions are gargantuan, the meat has zero fat and is full of flavor. Her pastor hand makes the butter cookies and YES, they are Heavenly!! Her prices are SO wonderful and she is a doll. Make the effort- you will NOT be disappointed and you will make this your go-to corned beef getaway! Seriously, just go!!

I found this place off Yelp. It’s located in a building between a gym and post office. I wasn’t planning on staying too long so I parked in that big lot to the left of the building. I took a picture of it. Prices for the sandwiches range from $13.50 - 16.50. That’s without tax. The sandwiches come with a bag of chips and some pickles. I ordered a side of macaroni salad for $3 and a bottle of water for $1. It’s about $20 for all of this. $22 after taxes. You can blame Romeoville and Illinois for the extra taxes. I believe it’s like 1 lb of meat. It was convenient for me since I ate half before the gym and the other half afterwards along with the sides. The only downside is coming here if you’re coming from afar due to all of those semi trucks slowing down traffic on the tollway.

Other than that, I ordered the two faced - corned beef and pastrami. The meat was freshly sliced and prepared. It wasn’t dry, very moist. The yellow mustard amplified the taste. There are plenty of seating inside and outside. Service was friendly. You have to fill out your order on a piece of paper then hand it to them. Next time, if I’m in the mood for a good pastrami sandwich I’ll come back. It’s difficult to find good pastrami/corned beef sandwich places with that generous amount of meat.

WHOO HOO. Finally, a place that doesn't weigh, measure, or count the slices of meat on your sandwich. These sandwiches are packed with a pile of meat. I ordered 1 Mr. Pastrami and 1 two-faced (corned beef and Pastrami). The sandwiches were so good I didn't mind paying the high price plus it comes with a bag of chips and a tiny cup of pickles. I will definitely put this place on my favorite list.
UPDATE: 2nd time here, and it was just as great as the first time I tried it. The staff is great (friendly and kind) too. This is my new favorite place.

Came here when it served seafood..Owner is absolutely the friendliest sweetest. Always a huge smile when you walk in.She has a good memory too,remembered us from being here before.Super clean! I like the way it feels and looks when your in there.Pastrami sandwich OMG look at the size.Very tender and delicious!! If you are hungry and want a meal,this is the place.
