Went here with a hope for a nice honey blonde and left with my hair fried off and platinum blonde, I went home and the next time I washed my hair it came off in chunks and I had to salvage it by cutting it to a bob.

The hairstylist I went to doesn’t even work here anymore and I can see why, she left me developing for almost an hour before she washed it out, and to preface I had dark brown box dye that she SWORE she could get out in one session even though I was okay with more. Well she lied and I looked stupid for half a year, I paid close to $500 for that and I’m still so mad I never asked for a refund or at least a partial.

Please do not go here they are way over priced and their stylists are touch and go with if you’ll be getting a good job or not, save your money and do your hair at home. I know I’ll never be back!

This place is amazing …clean, great playlist , expert stylists I love it. And they are cheaper than other salons. Very up and coming. Give it a try …. The owner Keith is so accommodating.

Took my 4 year old here to get her hair done for the first time. She had been wanting purple in her hair for a long time and she saved up her own money for it. 🥹 So I called the color bar and they were able to get her in the same day! Everyone was so nice to her and patient with her! They did a great job!

BEAUTIFUL! I recently moved to Springfield, and it was time for something new with my hair. I chose The ColorBar. Adrian did a STUNNING job! She was so kind and sweet and made sure to do everything how I wanted it. I love it SO much!! I couldn't stop looking at it! I got an ombre and curtain bangs and long layers. It turned out exactly as I had hoped! There's no doubt I will be coming here for my future hair needs. Absolutely perfect! I posted the before and after.
Update: Came back again for color, and it was once again perfect by Adrian! Amazing work!

I have been going to see Hannah here since 2015. Love her. She gets the creativity I tell her about with my colors and how I want them to look and we make a plan for it. I always walk out of here feeling awesome!! 🥰🥰💆‍♀️💇‍♀️ The very first time she did my hair, when I left, I kept getting told I looked like Black Widow (which I thought was awesome 😁).

Seriously not trying to be rude but I went to two different stylists who I felt didn't really understand what I wanted.

Maggie was great. She gave me the warm blonde I wanted.

Then, I went to Sydney. I realized I must've booked the wrong service when I walked out with strawberry blonde roots and the rest honey blonde hair. I booked a root touch up instead of a partial foil, but nothing was really discussed with me as far as color before she started applying it. She also made it super uncomfortable as the blow-dryer was really close to my head both times she did my hair. Then after some research about what went wrong, I booked a partial foil/highlight.

About six weeks later, I went to Haley who was nice and fixed the strawberry blonde situation so it at least wasn't a huge mess and was overall the same color. The color was warm and eventually I got used to it and became happy. It ended up lightening up after a few washes.

Apart from a few misunderstandings and preferences, which is human, I do overall recommend this salon.

Been going here for several years now and I'm consistently happy with them. This time I wanted a color change, but couldn't decide what to, but my stylist Maggie has an incredible eye for color, so I told her the few things I didn't want, and gave her free reign otherwise. And I am THRILLED with the results! It looks so amazing and new color always makes me feel so good about myself. Definitely recommend!
