Very beautiful venue! Hands down the best venue around! Very spacious for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties etc. I had my baby shower there and it turned out perfect! I can’t wait to have my daughters first birthday there in a couple months! Would highly recommend having your next event here!

The Colonia building is the go to spot for all your venue needs! Whether it be for a baby shower, birthday party, retirement party, bridal shower or wedding. Honestly ANY gathering. It’s a beautiful historic building with an amazing owner! Marci Shadd accommodated to our needs in such a quick and professional manner. Here are a few pictures from my sisters baby shower to show you just how beautiful her shower was at the colonia building!

This is an absolutely BEAUTIFUL venue and was the perfect place for our party. It was very convenient that tables and chairs are included in the rental. The owner was very easy to work with and I will definitely book again for future parties.

I have personally used The Colonia Building for a baby shower and birthday party. Such a beautifully restored and historic building. The owners were gracious and kind and ever so helpful with supplying tables and chairs & making sure we had all we needed for our events. I have attended other events here as well and have had the same lovely experiences.
I look forward to more good times at The Colonia Building.

The Colonia Building is by far the best venue in the area to host your event. We held my baby shower here and it was absolutely beautiful. I’ve attended baby showers, birthday parties, and all kinds of events in this building and each one is flawless. Marci is great to work with as well!

I have been to several events at the Colonial Building. It’s a beautifully restored hotel with gorgeous wood floors. The venue has beautiful farmhouse tables with plenty of classic folding white chairs perfect for any event. The hotel can be decorated for a casual event to a beautifully elegant event. The owner is responsive & helpful. The Colonia Building has been my first choice and my first suggestion anytime i have an event or one of my friends has an event.

Marci is an incredible professional! She’s worked so hard in bringing back a piece of history with this incredibly beautiful building. I’ve seen it myself! Not to mention, such a beautiful and unique place that it made a publication in a pretty well known magazine.

I would have to fully disagree with anyone leaving anything less than a 5 star review on this building.
