Cute little town coffee shop. Had the best cinnamon roll ever had... he frosted it fresh from the oven. Monkey business iced coffee was super yummy also. Quaint small town charm, wooden floors, neat ice cream flavors, lunch and breakfast food items. Friendly staff

Fantastic coffee shop - didn't expect to find such a great place in a little town. Wide selection of coffees, specialty drinks, sandwiches, pie, other pastries, fudge and ice cream are available, plus a big selection of bottled sodas. Local artwork is displayed, and for sale at good prices. Tried the seasonal "mint frost" latte, for March and enjoyed it along with the good ambiance and the large seating area - comprised of tables and chairs up front, sofas in the back.

The ladies were super nice. I grabbed a hot black coffee with French vanilla cold foam topper! And their blueberry muffin.

I go to this spot about twice a month during my work trips to Peoria and I'm always very happy with the service and the coffee. It's always tidy and welcoming. They have old fashioned sodas and root beers you can buy. Great small town coffee shop that is worth a visit.

Customer service has gone way down. I’ve come here for years and travel in on occasion from out of state. The past 12 months has shown a drastic change. Owners are never there now, and owners and the staff are kind but not personable. They use to sell the experience and could again. But they’ve got to get that small town, family and friends relationship back.

It’s very “business”.
You can get good coffee and food anywhere, but to get a good experience with staff that care about loyal raving customers is rare and this use to be it. They can have what no other big chain has, but it’s clearly not focused where it should be.

Located in Lacon, IL, The Coffee Hub is a fantastic little coffeehouse in a little town.

Between some pretty good coffee and a delicious-looking menu written in and on a unique backing, this place is a gem. I got my usual Iced Caramel Latte and is was good. The staff was friendly. I wanted to sample more of their menu, but I was headed to Matthiessen State Park, so I had already eaten a decent meal before heading out.

I would love to go back some day and try their ice cream and baked goods! :3

Good Cinnamon Roll, Cream Cheese Icing, Uncle Bob's Ice Cream available and reasonable prices. free wifi. Baked goods could be a little better, drinks are good.
