Fish and chips were great, gumbo pasta was great, fish tacos were great (side of rice was bland). Our waiter wasn't the best but the support staff was fantastic. We spilled a drink and it was cleaned up super fast. Cheesecake was phenomenal.

My visit to The Cheesecake Factory was a delightful experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for savoring every moment. The cheesecake selection was simply divine, with each bite showcasing rich, creamy flavors and a perfectly baked crust. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall charm. Haven’t been to a Cheesecake Factory in 10 yrs. Went to Old Orchard location. Fernando our server was great, attentive & sweet!
We were celebrating our birthdays (my girlfriend & I have same birthdays-years apart). Made our dessert into a bday celebration. I know they do it for everyone but we appreciated it very much!

The Cheesecake Factory is a delightful dining experience that certainly lived up to my expectations, especially after being inspired by the show "The Big Bang Theory," where Penny works. I was excited to finally visit, and I’m so glad I did!

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot to enjoy a meal with my girlfriend and a new friend. The menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide array of options that cater to various tastes. Choosing what to order was a fun challenge!

When our food arrived, it was nothing short of amazing. Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. I particularly appreciated the generous portions—there was so much food that I ended up with a doggy bag, which I happily enjoyed during my camping trip over the next few days. It’s always nice to have delicious meals on hand when you're out in nature!

Of course, we couldn’t leave without trying the famous pumpkin spice cheesecake. It was the perfect ending to our meal—rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor. The seasonal twist made it a must-try, and it certainly didn’t disappoint!

Overall, my visit to The Cheesecake Factory was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, the service was friendly, and it was a wonderful way to create memories with good company. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great meal and, of course, some amazing cheesecake!

Everything was meh, except for bathrooms, which were disgusting. Service was weak; took out drink orders then came back 15, yes 15 min later for our food order & then it took 45 min to get our food to us. My fries were terrible, burnt yet soggy, my burger tasted like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for quite some time. We took a slice of cheesecake to go, I looked at it in the car and it looked like someone literally threw it into the container. What happened to this place? Def don't go to Skokie location. Also, the manager shouldn't be yelling at the pickup drivers in the middle of the dining floor about getting ticketed, it is beyond rude to those dining in!

Something about the place gives me early 2000’s vibe and it feels outdated a little bit. Overall, food was great and had plenty of left overs. Tried the Basque and Coconut cheesecake - both were yummy and warning for the coconut cheesecake - there’s a lot of coconut flakes in there. Tex-Mex Eggrolls were awesome and very filling in just the apps.

Cheesecake Factory is pretty standard across locations, a large restaurant with tons of food and a chill atmosphere. I came by to get a quick bite while out shopping and I started with the Fried Mac n Cheese. I enjoyed the crunch with the creamy, gooey center. They are large and each ball is pretty filling. For my entree I got the Chicken Parmesan sandwich with a caesar salad. It was a generous portion of food - the salad dressing was vibrant and tasty. The sandwich bread was okay but I enjoyed the chicken parmesan inside of the sandwich. It was a ton of food and i could only eat about half of it. The best part of this experience though wasn’t even the food. It was our waitress Dina. It was a busy day and she came with a huge smile on her face ready to help us out. She was knowledgable about menu items and quick to assist us. It was my partners birthday and she even sent us a complimentary dessert. She did an excellent job and from what it looked like, she was dealing with a lot of other tables as well. I also appreciate how detailed the allergen menu is here. I had no issues finding something I wanted with avoiding any allergens. So while Cheesecake factory is a large chain, and I only would come here for a quick, reliable meal if I was by one, it does its job well and has a caring staff to help it out. I would come by this location again if I was out shopping.

We picked up dinner from this location last Saturday evening (9/28), and we were very disappointed with the overall quality of every meal we ordered. What should be our favorite place to pick up food for special occasions was met with subpar, overcooked and unflavored meals.

Chicken tenders were overcooked and lacked flavor, my cheeseburger was half over cooked and half medium. The french fries were just terribly overcooked and very dry, we just threw them out.

My wife's pasta with shrimps had no flavor, shrimps were not cooked well at all. Macaroni and cheese had very little cheese, and not as creamy and delicious as from before.

Last but not least, the Strawberry cheesecake, our usual favorite was presented in such a tiny slice with extra whipped cream to hide the small portion.

Overall, we felt the food was simply not worth the $92 that we were charged for terribly overcooked meals. If we could, we would have rather went to our local pizza tavern.

To make matters worst, the gentleman who answered the phone simply said they were very busy and there was nothing more they could do when I decided to ask why our entire meal was overcooked. Thanks for nothing.

We will not return.
