I bought butter cookies from Jewels today and they are horrible! Dry, thick as a Milk Bone dog treat and just plain nasty! They used to be good. Not sure if they changed the recipe or if I got a stale batch, since there is no expiration date on the bag. I'm definitely taking them back to Jewels.

AMAZING! Signature Sweets Factory catered the sweets for my company's grand opening event, and not only were the sweets absolutely delicious, they even came out and set up the most beautiful display for the sweets themselves! They had beautiful platters and really paid attention to detail, matching all the sweets to our logo color and staying with the theme we set for the event. They offered a wonderful variety of different flavorful sweets, all of them were simply amazing. Cannot say enough great things about them!

These cookies are horrible, hard has a rock. You cannot bite them you have to break them with your hands. The cookies have a butter taste at first, then a bitter lingering taste that you spit out the cookie and not swallow it. I bought them today at Jewel with expiration date of 5/23/25 for $4.99 plus tax. I would like my money back. Thank you

I booked Signature Sweets for my wedding in February and the cake was so delicious! Moist and the perfect amount of sweetness. I was so impressed that I booked them again for my sister’s baby shower. Again the cake was delicious and the design was so perfect for the theme! All of our guests complimented how good it was, so many referrals will be coming their way.

My past experiences have always been great!!
However, my recent purchase of 2 bags of Chicago-style butter cookies from Jewels was horrible. The cookies were dry, hard as ever, and nasty. Did the recipe change, or did I have a stale bad batch? Hopefully, this was a fluke, waste of money because I tossed them.

I miss when his storefront was open because all of his desserts are delicious combined with excellent customer service. However, I still thoroughly enjoy buying his butter cookies from the local Jewels whenever I am in town. His butter cookies are fresh, full of flavor and are some of the best butter cookies that I have ever had. In addition, I love his Strawberry Butter Cookies which smell like fresh strawberries when you open the package and have a wonderful taste to match it's smell.

I can tell that they put their heart into baking here. I tried 5 of their butter cookie flavors - strawberry, lemon, tres leches, chocolate and Old fashioned/original.

First of all - the cookies are HUGE! I love that! However, more importantly, the flavors in each one are so good. No matter which one I tried it had great taste!

My favorites were the original and the strawberry!

They are in your local Jewel and I think Mariano's now as well. GRAB A BAG!!!!!

These cookies, with their golden-brown hue and delicate crumb, instantly transported me back to my childhood.

Upon taking my first bite, I was met with a burst of buttery goodness that melted in my mouth. The texture was perfect – not too soft, not too crunchy – just like I remembered.

What truly sets these butter cookies apart is their simplicity. They are not overly sweet or complicated, unadulterated joy of butter and sugar coming together in perfect harmony.

I will definitely order again 🙂
