I have stayed here before, and it was great…but this was NEXT LEVEL! Dreamy was quite literally, a DREAM! She provided outstanding customer service that was efficient and special. Not sure what her future plans are, but it would behoove you guys to pay for her to get a degree in hospitality and move her up the Hilton ladder. This talent is so RARE these days. From someone who also worked my way up the customer service ladder, she deserves a look!

My digital key worked. That was a huge plus. The staff I encountered were helpful and professional.

The hotel could use more attention, but it was much better than expected. The room was fairly clean, spacious, and comfortable. I couldn’t turn on the fireplace but at least the heat worked. I slept soundly (i.e. no noise).

I would return if ever in Little Rock and recommend to others.

I booked a room at The Burgundy Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. When I saw that this hotel required a deposit for the room, I wondered why because I have never had to pay a deposit as long as I have stayed with Hilton. So I called the hotel and asked about it, but the young lady who answered the telephone passed me to a front desk clerk named Dreamy. So I started explaining my concern to her, and just by hearing her voice, she was making my day because she understood why I was concerned and made my day.
Her personality is very polite. Her customs service is excellent.

She explained it to me and told me why the hotel was taking a despite. I told her I’m not like everybody who destroys other people’s property, but unfortunately, a bad apple makes it harder for everybody else. I told her that was sad.

Her customer service was excellent, and I told her where I was coming from and that she would work that shift so we could meet because I hadn’t been to Little Rock, Arkansas, which was my first time leaving where I was heading to handle some business. Even though I didn’t get there until the following day, my son asked me if I was still going because I would have canceled most of the time, but I gave her my word. She even told her coworker to look out for us. Now, where do you find excellent customer service like that?

I asked her where to eat, go hiking, and shop. She’s an excellent tour guide if you ever need one in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Wow! What a beautiful place. Great location near plenty of restaurants and services. Santisha was a very welcoming person at check in. She was very pleasant and helpful. The decor and ambiance is quite French and attractive. Rooms overlook a central atrium. The room was beautiful with very comfortable beds and pillows. We did not dine at Table 28 because of the very high menu prices. We did eat breakfast at the in house restaurant and it was very delicious and reasonable. Plenty of parking.

This was the most amazing hotel I've stayed in. The rooms spacious and comfortable. Restaurants were 5 star. Service and staff in both restaurants and hotel 5 star.
If I ever get back to little Rock this is my new home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay. Second time staying at the Burgundy Hotel. If coming to Little Rock, this is definitely the hotel to book and stay. Quaint and Eclectic Hotel. Very clean and nice rooms, spacious king bed rooms, and has an excellent restaurant inside as well as a good breakfast bistro too. Customer Service is very accommodating and professional..They strive to make your stay enjoyable and overall experience pleasing.

FRAGRANCE ALERT! As soon as the front doors open there is an over whelming sweet/perfume smell. If you are sensitive to strong perfume don't stay here. The rooms are great and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. We used the pool before leaving and it was very nice. If it wasn't for the fragrance throughout the hotel I would give it a 5.

This is a beautiful facility, three story with open atrium in center, lovely landscaping on the grounds. Rooms clean, quiet, remind me of art deco gone modern. Very classy, like the staff. Manager Clarence runs a tight, cohesive team. Steph at the front desk was polite, professional and helpful. Service with a smile! Selene took great care of us at breakfast. Sweet, kind and hard working lady. Linens were crisp, comfortable. AC worked smoothly. We like it cold (66) at night. Loved the large L-shaped seating area in our room (317). Very comfy for just relaxing. Pan head rain shower felt great! Plenty of hot water. Soft, absorbent towels. Everything you want in a hotel.||The only glitch we had was with another guest who let their young toddlers run around the facility like it was a playground. Clarence and staff responded quickly to address the disrespectful guest behavior. ||We will definitely stay here again when we come to Little Rock.
