My experience with Elena was absolutely amazing. She was very professional, prompt in her responses and very accommodating to our needs. The facility was perfect and plenty of room for all of our guest. The food was very good as well. We will definitely be back for other events that we may have.

I was impressed with the 800 Call Center. The young man investigated whether the ballroom could accommodate 100+ guests. Then, he provided me the direct phone number.
The staff referred me to the Director of Catering. She immediately checked for the desired date and sent all of the details to share with my daughter-in-law and her family.
I was pleased with their service and "genuine" desire to assist in the details for the "Celebration of Life" occasion. They made a difficult time more peaceful with their "dedication" to service!

We had our wedding at The Boundary Ballroom this past July 29th. The venue is absolutely beautiful and so, incredibly convenient for traveling guests! Elena, the ballroom director, was so easy to work with and ensured that everything was set up and went according to plan for our special day! Lauren, the hotel sales manager, was extremely helpful with ensuring our room block was taken care of and that any questions/concerns were handled quickly. The food was DELICIOUS and very hot/fresh when served. The bar was stocked and very efficiently run! Our day truly could not have gone any smoother - we definitely were incredibly happy with our decision to go with The Boundary Ballroom!

The Boundary Ballroom packages were such a great, affordable option for a bride who was doing her own wedding planning. Having an all-inclusive package took so much stress off my plate, and Elena was so helpful and kind throughout, even in the times that we made things complicated ourselves. The food was good (the mac and cheese bite appetizers and the slider late night snack were particularly big hits), and our bartender was amazing. All of our guests raved about how fun he was, suggesting new drink options to those who were unsure and always making sure my husband and I had a drink in hand. The food manager Tony was also great, everyone got their selected meal without any trouble, and he checked in with us throughout the night. We had a few hiccups in communication with the hotel, but overall the experience was well worth the price. Our guests were as happy as we were, and we would definitely recommend the Boundary for any event.

We hosted our wedding earlier this month at the Boundary Ballroom and could not say enough great things about this place! From the beginning, Elena was a delight to work with and helped us as we planned our wedding while living across the country. She was so kind, responsive, and made sure no detail was missed. There are a variety of packages offered and the ability to customize your choices. From our tasting to the event, the food was phenomenal, from appetizers to our late night snack of mini Chicago style hot dogs! During the event, every single staff member of the ballroom, hotel, and Pizzeria Uno went above and beyond in accommodating us and our guests throughout the night. John, our bartender for the night, was friendly and quick to keep the bar running smoothly. Tony was attentive to detail and made sure we took the time to sit and eat and ensure that we were happy and having a great time during our big day. I truly cannot recommend the Boundary Ballroom enough to anyone looking to host an event in the Chicagoland area!

My husband and I planned our entire wedding ourselves and having an all inclusive venue was perfect for us. Elena made the process easy and was very helpful with any questions we had. Lauren helped us set up a room block for our out of town guests and was so nice. Tony the manager was attentive throughout the night of our wedding and super accommodating. The only negative we could think of was that the waitstaff could have done better at serving and clearing tables. We had color coded place cards that showed which meal each guest got. The color codes were requested from us and communicated early and in the contract, yet the staff still asked each person what they got, which caused some people to change their option because we had some people who didn't get what they wanted. It wasn't that big of a deal to us or our guests though, because both dinner options were tasty. The waitstaff were very kind and still served our guests that arrived well after dinner service. All the food from the appetizers, to the dinner entrée, and desserts was SO good. The bar service was amazing and the bartender made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand at all times. I don't think I waited in line at all. Actually, the bartender would meet us half way when he saw us heading to the bar and hand us our drinks haha! I would recommend this venue and hotel to anyone looking for an affordable all inclusive option.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Boundary Ballroom recently and it was a blast! Elena made sure that everything went smoothly prior to and on the big day. She also helped me get a tomato stain out of my wedding dress right before the ceremony (something I will NEVER forget). We got a lot of compliments on the table setup, the food and the desserts. The bartenders had great energy and the servers kept up with serving over 200 guests. I would highly recommended the Boundary Ballroom for any event!
