Loved the room, remote check in was a breeze. That being said for a "Boutique Hotel" things were lacking.
First our room was 64° (by my thermometer) upon check in. We wanted to chill out for a while but not literally!! Had to huddle under the covers.

No thermostat in the rooms. Called the number for help and was told there had been complaints about the rooms being hot so thermostat had been turned down. One thermostat for the entire building. We were told that it was set on 70° and "they" were sorry that was not warm enough?

We were told there was a portable heater in the rooms. There was a tall portable FAN in the room. It had no heat function..
