This whole place stinks. The hallway stinks. There’s something on the bed or sheets that makes you scratch your body and it’s breaks your body. Stay away from this and the customer service doesn’t help. Asked to change my room and he refuses and cites the room was good but the whole room was dirty. If walk around on bare foot on their room you would notice bunch of dirty on the floor and it will stains your feet. The breakfast is not good and completely trash! The receptionist was looking into my phone and discovered I was writing the review and try to beg me to leave a positive feedback which I refused.

The hotel is nice and clean. The service is fantastic. The front desk clerks and maintenance are courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The breakfast is served during 6-9am. More than the normal continental breakfast. Served hot and delicious.

BED BUGS! This place has a nasty infestation of bedbugs. When I told the front desk about them, they simply switched me to another room. What? No sir, I need my money back. Since it was 2:23Am on a Monday and my young son was with me, I decided to inspect the new room until the AM when we could pack up and grab a new hotel in daylight.

Our initial plan was to stay hear for a couple of weeks while work was being done at our house down the street. I arrived on a Wednesday I didn’t receive room service (cleaning) until Sunday even tho I requested it daily. I had to bring my own bleach, Ajax, Wipes, Tissue and towels from home just to maintain a sense of personal hygiene. Since this was for shelter purposes I figured I might be able to simply keep my area clean not taking into account that if they barely cleaned while I was here they might not clean much behind others when they leave. Hmmm. I woke up with bites on my ear, arms, legs, feet and neck. My son slept in a separate bed and only suffered from bites on his arms.

The next room that I got was no better. As I was checking the bed for bugs, eggs or any signs of infestation I found an old sock in between the mattresses that looked as it had made a home for itself some time ago. Disgusting.

I am currently sitting dead smack in the middle of the new room patiently waiting for 9AM to hit so that I can call the VA and give them my full synopsis of how things are at this terribly dirty hotel. They say beggers can’t be choosers but I didn’t serve my country to be treated like my well-being doesn’t matter in cases like this. The Best Inn and Suites is literally the WORST. Don’t waste your time. Veterans….do not seek shelter here.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Housekeeping was inadequate because the manager was the only one handling it, so rooms were not cleaned properly. The breakfast was also very poor—there was often no cream cheese, and sometimes no eggs available. I deeply regret choosing this place. If you don’t want to risk ruining your stay, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel is a definite letdown.

Zack was great and kind when checking me in...the room was clean and ready for my stay...they have cold drinks and snacks at low prices for any needs....i will definitely stay in this place again as I'm happy with the services and room for the rates I was charged
