Leaving the Ukiah area heading to Glen Ellen and stopped here for brunch along the way. It was a great find. Service was excellent...didn't wait long for order to be taken or food to be brought. I ordered their special shrimp and grits and my boyfriend got their biscuits and gravy. Both were delicious! The coffee arriving in the press was a wonderful touch too! Will definitely be back when passing through!

Great food and friendly service! Black truffle pasta, sea bass, braised short rib, were all amazing! Dessert selection was also great. Our favorite was the chocolate mousse cake and pistachio cheesecake.

A much needed addition to Cloverdale. The Beet is a great, happening spot owned by a team of folks who care deeply about the community and crafting a place where everyone is welcome.

Great food, an interesting international wine list, wonderful non-alcoholic zero proof options, a cool little retail section with local art and international gourmet foods and fun events (dance nights, brunch specials).

I make a point to stop by The Beet whenever I'm in the area!

We've already been twice to The Beet! The food, atmosphere, and service are great. Our favorites so far have been the generous beef short rib meal, great mushroom raviolis, brussels sprouts, and beet salad. Their rose' from Pine Mountain AVA was also very nice. In April 2024 we returned again to host a group party lunch and the service and food was a pleasure for all of our guests.

This place is a hidden gem! 💎 We stopped here on our way to the Bay Area and it was wonderful. The pesto tagliatelle and the ingredients were so fresh! The beet salad too. The owner was very caring. We hope to come back!

We are four octogenarian men who often meet for lunch. Two of us live in Healdsburg, one in Cloverdale, and one in Geyserville. We rarely venture as far north as Cloverdale for lunch. All that is about to change based on the excellent lunch we had at The Beet this past Friday. Delicious, creatively prepared food. Friendly, efficient service. Bright, cheery atmosphere. What’s not to like? All the above characteristics were excellent, more than sufficient to bring us back to The Beet. However the "pièce de résistance” was having our bill presented in an antique recipe pamphlet. Gotta go back to see all the pamphlets. I attach some photos.

What a delightful find in Cloverdale! The beet salad was super refreshing and the duck confit was cooked to perfection. Great special of the day and wonderful wine recommendation. It is gourmet all around.
