Literally can't say enough good things about this venue. Besides the fact that it's actually affordable, my husband and I felt like we were family with the owners by time our wedding was over. Such a beautiful venue, family, and everything about this business. Ken also did an amazing job keeping our day flowing and was an incredible DJ. Shannon was an amazing supporter throughout the whole process and made wedding planing so smooth and painless. I hope you book with them and have the same experience as we did. They haven't won venue of the year by accident.

Also the amount of people who are still texting us about how this was the most fun beautiful and fun wedding they have been to in a long time speaks volumes about this venue. It wasn't us, it was Ken and Shannon!

My daughter chose this place to have her wedding. We had a very nice experience there. Besides the barn itself, there are separate houses for both the bride's and groom's parties to hang out, relax, get dressed, have hair fixed, and all the other things that happen just before a wedding. And the barn itself is very nice, with a good sound system, good lighting, a nice area for serving food, and plenty of seats and tables (downstairs and upstairs) for everyone to eat, socialize, dance, etc. There are outdoor tables separated into smoking and non-smoking areas. The grounds are very nice with lots of parking.

Beautiful property. Some ground leveling for outside wedding vows would help as several chairs were tipsy. Catering was delicious & efficient. All functions were pretty well organized. Facility is clean. DJ/MC did decent job. Price I was told is very reasonable.

I have filmed over 10 weddings here over the years, and it has always been a pleasure to work with Ken and Shannon. They make the wedding fun for the couple and guests and are very accommodating to all the vendors involved at each wedding.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to Shannon and Ken for everything they did for us! The barn is absolutely gorgeous!! Not only did we get super lucky and book the barn for our wedding, but Shannon and Ken even helped me find a fabulous caterer and an amazing florist in the area. My husband and I could not be more thrilled with how our wedding day played out. Truly our happiest day at the happiest place in the world!

Great place for a venue. Plenty of room for large gatherings. I was told the county is dry, so keep that in mind. I would recommend taking the long way there, straight down I65 and right on CO 278 from TN. Google took me through the back roads and never again.
