Went there last Friday for the Innis wedding. Was very pleased with the facility. The staff was very accommodating, the bar staff were very nice, and the whole meal was very nice. Speaking of food, I would rate the food at a 7 out of 10 in taste and appearance. The 7 is very high in my standards compared to other wedding venues I have attended. Overall, it was very nice, clean, and updated. We had a little bit of a drive to get here but was well worth it.

We had a FABULOUS experience at the Barn at Fairview Acres! Most of our guests traveled from about 1.5 hours away. We weren’t sure if people would be thrilled with that, but people seemed excited to take a beautiful drive through the country, and were so impressed with the staff and ambiance of the Barn. It is a joyous place! The location and facilities are stunning and sparkling clean. Owner Christy and her staff take care of the finest details, with their mission being to provide excellent hospitality. It was 98 on wedding day and we opted to have the ceremony inside, which was equally as beautiful as the outdoor ceremony we had planned for. The vendors from their vendor list were outstanding, as well as hotel recommendations. We chose many items from the shed, and the consultations included in the price made everything come together and put us at ease. Super helpful! These people will go to about any length to accommodate requests. We’re grateful for each of them. We felt pampered the entire day and this allowed us to fully participate in the blessing of a wedding. Being a wedding vendor myself, I can tell you that this is an impressive team, and I’m grateful for their fair pricing that allowed us the privilege of having our daughter’s ceremony and reception at the Barn.

I had the most magical wedding day at the Barn at Fairview Acres on June 17, 2023. Everything was absolutely exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that nothing went wrong, and they succeeded beyond my wildest expectations.

From the moment of our rehearsal dinner to the very end of the reception, I didn't have to lift a finger. The team at Fairview Acres had every detail covered, allowing me to fully enjoy and savor every moment of my special day.

One memorable moment that truly stood out was when one of my guests needed a silly cup. Without hesitation, the staff made an unexpected trip to the store to grab one. That level of dedication and willingness to accommodate our guests' needs was truly remarkable.

The elegant charm of the barn, the beautiful surroundings, and the impeccable service all combined to create a wedding day that was beyond our dreams. I can't thank the team at the Barn at Fairview Acres enough for making our day so perfect and stress-free. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a memorable and flawless wedding experience.

Where do I begin?!? Honestly wish I could give this place more stars. This venue is on an entirely different level when it comes to experience and professionalism. This place feels like home. You’ll leave this place excited for the next time you get to go there. The owners Cristy and Dan are some of the most down-to-earth, genuine people you’ll meet. I felt like I became friends with them instantly.
Their care for the guest, AND VENDORS, experience is incredible. As a wedding videographer I’ve never been treated with such care.
The overall thought that went into this venue is like you’ve never seen before. They don’t skip any aspect of the place. From the grass edging, to the ceiling, and corn near the road to create an privacy wall. There isn’t a bad looking area there.
If you’re contemplating booking this venue, just do it, I promise you won’t regret it!

This place is AMAZING.
They go above and beyond in every single aspect of your wedding. I got married there this past weekend and they catered to my every need.
We had to move everything inside at the last minute due to rain and they quickly made everything just as beautiful inside as I had wanted outside. The whole team is so loving and caring and selfless.
Cassidy was my planner and it felt like I’ve known her my entire life. She was so genuine and real and took on every request like it was her own wedding. I am so happy to be apart of the Barn family: they truly make dreams come true. ❤️

Wow, where do I begin. You will not regret having your wedding or event at The Barn at Fairview Acres. From the great staff, to the amenities, to the affordability, to the location, everything on our wedding day was perfect.

For starters, it's easy to get a hold of the barn staff and it's easy to start planning an event. We contacted Cristy Potts and immediately she got back to us and set up a meeting. She answered all our questions, gave us a tour of her venue, reassured us that we would be taken care of and worked with us on payments, planning, etc. We were always a priority and I don't know how they did it but we always felt like we were the only people they were dealing with, which is not the case, they are busy folks, but Cristy and her staff never once made us feel like we were a bother.

Second, the barn has an incredible list of recommended vendors (we got our fantastic caterer, florist and baker via the barn's recommendations). This is the type of place where everyone knows everyone and they will take care of you and that's exactly what happened. I felt so special and loved throughout the entire journey.

Third, the list of amenities and the venue itself is enough to book it alone. We brought some decorations, but the barn provided the necessary, big ticket items like tables, chairs, a bar, table cloths and runners, fake candles, stands, cups, there were yard games, arches, back drops, signs, easels, I mean the list can go on! We got to stay in the Grain Bin and it was gorgeous and also a great place to "escape" from the crowd. Additionally, the venue is just gorgeous. There's different spots on and around the location where you can take pictures and get the best lighting. Inside the barn is bright and welcoming. Everything is clean and spotless, the bathrooms are easily accessible with plenty of space, there's a special spot just for the bride to get ready, you couldn't ask for a better place.

Fourth, the cost. Given everything that the venue provides, it made it the most affordable, cost-effective venue on our list and it's exactly why we picked it. The venue met all our criteria, we got to have the ceremony and reception there, we got to pick our own timeline, we got to stay there overnight, they provided drinks and booze (for extra, which was still cheaper than any other place we looked at), everything was like God sent. As I mentioned previously, we were also able to pay overtime. That made things easier for us and our bank accounts.

Finally, the staff was amazing. They were kind, thoughtful, understanding and above all patient. Cassidy was my planner and she made every moment spent with her one to remember. She worked with me before the big day to make sure my vision came true and she reminded me that everything was going to be OK. Lindsey, another planner at the venue that I got to work with the day of alongside Cassidy, also took care of everything that day and gave me stickers to help remind me that I am powerful, strong and beautiful. Those two, Cristy, and the other members on their staff from the folks who helped bus tables and cleaned off my 100 china plates to the bartenders who put up with my drunk uncles, were the reason the day went by smoothly. I am forever grateful.

PERFECT. I considered consulting a thesaurus to write this review; but there is a single word that describes our experience with The Barn at Fairview Acres: perfect. The venue is gorgeous (interior and exterior); the staff is caring/accommodating/friendly/dedicated/professional... The level at which they conduct themselves, both personally and professionally, is unparalleled. I truly believe they cared as much about 'our' wedding as we did! It was an absolutely perfect experience. From the things that were uncontrollable (the weather) to things that were (decor and set-up), we had a PERFECT wedding day, thanks in large part to the Barn staff, their expertise, their own expectations, and their execution. 🤍🤍🤍

This place was absolutely breathtaking! You can tell that they take pride in their venue by keeping it pristine inside and outside. The staff was beyond courteous (with a smile I must add!) from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. They were also aware of the atmosphere and their guests at all times. They bussed our dishes when we were done, offered to get us beverages, and even provided us with games to play all while being at our table. Plus, I know they took very good care of the bride & groom and made sure they had the best “We Do, Re-Do” Day ever with more loved ones. I would highly recommend them for any lovebirds out there wanting well taken care of on their big day with a beautiful venue and outstanding staff. ❤️
