The Anchor was a great place to have a wedding reception ! The staff was so accommodating, everything we asked for was pleasantly delivered . Family reunions , business meetings , weddings and receptions can all all be easily done at The Anchor ! Thank you Mr . Roper for our wonderful experience at The Anchor!

All I can say is book, book, book. The Anchor was just what me and my family needed for our xmas party! The building was beautiful, and spacious and Ms. Stonium all I can say is she was God sent. When booking she will make you feel like you have been knowing her for years. She was so professional and sweet handled everything so professionally. She was on top of everything!!

First rate event center with a friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Perfect place to hold any event. Plus, the venue is located in an amazing historic building in downtown Selma wit ample parking and plenty of other things to see and do in the area. Highly recommend.

Very nice place a must for Selma with it's limited venue's for social events. It is located in close proximity to historic water ave where by the way The Saint James hotel is located.
