This is the second year in a row that we have stayed here. This place is wonderful. Grounds are very pretty with lots of deer to see. Very peaceful and quiet. Rooms are very comfortable and very clean. Dan and Debbie are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home. Debbie is a great cook. The breakfast that you get each morning is fantastic. The price for all you get is very affordable and a great value.You won’t find a better place to stay. We plan to stay here any time we are in Heber Springs.

Wish I could give more stars for Abbe House, this place was phenomenal! The service felt first class. The cinema room had DVDs galore and even games to play on the projector screen. Everything seemed well-thought of. Every expectation was exceeded. Snacks, drinks, coffee bar, breakfast and the owners' friendliness made it stand out over any hotel experience you could get for the same cost.

Enjoyed a brief stay while in the area fishing. Very friendly reception and quiet room. We opted for a simple breakfast and enjoyed the peaceful outdoor seating. Not typically into B&Bs, but this was a great experience and very affordable.

We were engaged at the Abbé, Married here & just spent our first Anniversary here.

It’s always beautiful & we love it here. The Owners are wonderful & very accommodating. Always have smiles and cheerful.
We look forward to our next visit!

Quiet & way out in the country. The bathtub situation can be a little confusing. Some rooms have shower/tub combos & others have whirlpool tubs only. Check the description in their web site.

I'm going to update this review after breakfast, but so far I'm completely enamored with this place. Upon check-in the lady at the front desk was extremely helpful friendly and thorough. sheets on the bed are extremely soft and clean. It came with a garden tub and everything about the home is just inviting. I haven't had breakfast yet but from the reviews I'm very excited!!!!

Just as everyone said, breakfast was delicious. They used farm fresh eggs good crisp bacon and you can have your eggs made to order I loved it

I returned on September 15th for another wonderful stay. This will be my go-to spot when I need some peace and quiet and a good breakfast! They definitely do not cut any corners, they used freshly grated cheese! Most people these days are lazy and buy bag cheese and I really appreciate the Privacy given here! I love this place! Definitely recommend a night or 5 here❤️

We had a wedding , had 9 of the 10 bedrooms for our event. It was wonderful Debbie and Dan are the best host ever. It was a great day, cool ( Feb 17), part of our family sat around the fire pit. The house is beautiful, has everything you would need. Extremely clean, quiet, and they served breakfast to our crew of 25 the next morning. It was a wonderful venue for a wedding.
Also, the cinema room was huge, all the kids enjoyed it.
