Very relaxing atmoshere, all supplies needed included. Cozy oxygen bar n tea area. The host Ethan was wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful. Would go back on future trips to Nashville area.

What an INCREDIBLE experience! My husband and I did a date day Valentine’s Day package that included a float session followed by breathwork (with an outside facilitator that came in for the weekend @Breath of Serenity). We had the option to float in the same tank or in individual tanks. We decided to float together since it was a date day for us and it was our first time. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a smiling face who explained the check in procedure. She showed us around and then finally to our tank. She gave an amazing explanation of the pre-float, during float, and post float process. Being in the actual tank was awesome! She gave us options as far as having meditative music on/off, lights on/off as well. We chose to have the smaller lights on as well as the music on. The next time we come to float, we will have the lights off and still keep the music on. We both felt soooo relaxed and at peace. An amazing experience that words just cannot explain well. You will just have to go experience floating for yourself! 🙂

This was an interesting hour but I ran into a few negatives that dampened my experience. My biggest complaint was that the overhead light never turned off. I kept expecting it to go off and it never did which kind of downer on my experience. It's pretty easy to lose track of time in there and you're covered in magnesium and undressed so trying to get out of the tank, dry off, and clothe myself to tell the receptionist would have taken away from the experience.

My other semi negative thing was the music, I was in the large pod and it didn't seem like there was anyway to turn the music off. It was super annoying, repeated and did more harm than good after a while - taking away from the experience. It was my first time and I wish I knew how distracting this would have been to hear the same 8 minute song over and over again and asked before to turn it off.

Finally, when I got out of the pod I really really did feel relaxed and great! However while checking out the receptionist (who was a nice lady and all) was super pushy about buying a membership or buying a 3-pack of floats while I was just trying to get home, that kind of put a bad taste in my mouth. I get it, you gotta make money, but I wasn't expecting to get grilled on when I'd be coming back so soon after meditating for an hour 🤣.

Overall, I think I'll wait for a deal or something to come back, if I'm going to splurge again I'd get a massage. (I know it's apples to oranges..)

If I had to do it again I'd book the smaller pod as the receptionist showed me that it has buttons for turning off lights and music and it was surprisingly way bigger in real life than the pictures, plus it looks like you're going into space in that thing and that's super cool 😎.

I’ve done this a while back at other place, it was OK. Decided to give it another try at T-Float and it did not disappoint! It was easier to relax the second time. I already knew what to expect and I could just FLOAT. Felt great for the rest of the day. Definitely coming back for more.

Definitely I'll be a member! I love it! I was struggling with pain in ankle, ciatica and calf; when the stuff showed me the salt cave I felt the calling from the inside, as soon finished the salty cave session I felt no pain un my ankle. It was really helpful. The pod was awesome is the best experience ever! I felt like I was back at the womb ♥️🔥
