This is my first time trying THG, but not my first time eating from a teriyaki bowl place. The prices are reasonably what you'd expect, and the order was ready very quickly. There is options to add avocado to the bowls, which is always good!
Giving a 5 star review, but my only little gripe is it seems they don't have chopsticks.

Came from Instagram! I did an online order and when I got there, they claimed that I had already picked up the order however I didn’t. The chicks up front were a bit sketched out and gave me a bit of attitude. Regardless of the fact that somebody else picked up the order, they still went ahead and made me a new order and made things right. The food was ok not good not bad just ok.

I was eating an hour before closing the lady started mopping it smelled bad!
like dirty mop water I asked her for a fork ..she grabbed it with her wet hand without washing her hands 🤮I can imagine how they cook🤮it was pricey and meat , chicken had a lot of fat .

When we walked in and grazed over the menu we immediately were hit with are you ready to order. we got two bowls one chicken one beef plus the super teriyaki fries. It is to die for all of it I immediately fell in love with the super fries that smacks so hard. Other than the super snazy customer service all around this places gets busy is very delicious and very fast paced so enjoy

A good place to have some healthy choice dining. We had the chicken and beef combo. The meats were dry and tough to eat, but the avocado were finely sliced, which was good. The spot is hard to find. Their sign is small, so you may pass it if you are not really looking for it. Also, when we were dining in, some girl was moping and brushing the floor, it was not a good time to be doing that if people are eating inside. It kills the mood, especially if the smell is overwhelming. I understand cleaning it, but it can wait until closing time. Overall, I would come again, but lets make the meats more tender and soft please

I would give this place five stars, but one thing holds me back—the combo teriyaki plate only comes with a salad, and there’s no option to substitute vegetables for the salad. If you want to add vegetables, it costs an extra $4, which feels excessive.

I really enjoy the food here, but this issue has made me choose other places to eat on several occasions because I’d prefer to have vegetables with my combo plate without paying such a high premium.

I encourage the owners to reconsider this policy. I believe adding the option to include vegetables or allowing substitutions without such a steep charge could attract more customers. It’s a small change that could make a big difference!
