I left this place texting my friends that Ira gave me the best manicure I've ever had. You can see in the pics the awful state my nails were in after months of hard core DIY along with the "after." I got a full set of soft gel extensions. I'm writing this two solid weeks later and my nails are still perfect - not a chip or scratch to be seen. My fingers also didn't feel crazy dry in the days following either.

This is a small operation so appointments are a must. And as others have noted, the appointments are quite lengthy. I like that but understand it can be surprising if you're not expecting it. I'm new to the area and thrilled to have found this place!

I’ve been here several times for manicures and they always do a wonderful job. They’re extremely thorough and precise when filing/shaping/prepping/painting your nails, and the manicure looks perfect at the end. I’ve had several no chip manicures and they last for weeks with no lift or chipping! The manicurists are all lovely and the salon is inviting, cute and clean. Highly recommend this salon!

Ten Nails is more expensive than other nail salons, but worth every penny. They do a thorough job cleaning and prepping the nail bed and trimming cuticles, which makes for mani pedis that last a long time. I got a pedi 3 weeks ago and there is still not a single chip. I get the same results with manicures. They also do a great job filing and shaping nails. If you want mani pedis that look great and last, Ten Nails is the best I've found in the Chicagoland area.

Went to TEN for the first time this week on a recommendation. I would give 10 stars if I could! Exceptional service and wonderful atmosphere! I have never had anyone take their time on a manicure like Ola did! She did such an amazing job! So friendly, warm, and accommodating! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Donna is the BEST! Not only does she do an unbelievably job on my nails her facials are wonderful!!! She uses the best equipment and healthy products!! Call for appointments she is busy!!

How disappointing! I made an appointment yesterday for a full set and pedicure today. I got an appointment for 3pm today, Sunday. I’m here and the salon is closed. WTH? The lady on the phone told me they opened today at 11am. Never again.

Every service is fantastic! I love getting my mani and pedi done here and the massages are amazing! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I drive at least 35 minutes because I believe this spa is worth it. If you want to be pampered, TEN is the place to go!

Amazing place to have your nails done. Not only is the staff friendly and accommodating, but this is the best place I have ever been for a manicure. Donna is a perfectionist and my nails have never looked better!
