Well I lived next door and only talked to them once about them hosting a birthday party for my mother. They were really nice though and actually ended up giving us a whole porch full of party supplies. But that's the only interaction I've had with them.

Beautiful yard, the flooring in this place is beautiful also. The interior of the structure looks as if it does date back to the 1850s when it was actually built. It's a good central location, the proprietor is an easy-going, nice man named Russ. They put on an outstanding haunted house every year for Halloween.

Love this old Victorian Home in down town Old Yuba City. Its being renovated and what has been accomplished, is absolutely beautiful. When its finished it will serve as a Bed & Breakfast, special events and comes complete with the Bridal Suite with private bathroom. Now oct 2021 it has been changed into a Haunted House!!
