For the most part I love this place! Atmosphere is usually chill or fun, most of the workers are friendly and helpful, I've only had one experience where one employee was rather rude, I get if you're at the end of your shift or you had a bad day, but at the very least you could grumble "Someone will be right with you" or literally even "I'm off right now" if you're going to count your drawer at the counter and completely ignore a customer that comes up. There's also no point in making a face or comment you think others won't see or hear, passive aggressiveness doesn't feel nice to anyone. Like I said though, maybe a bad day or even not liking your job (I don't like many aspects of mine either!) so I kinda get it. In any case, I almost always have a great time there and will continue to go back!

Absolutely delicious!!! Very great environment! Customer service was excellent! The place is extremely clean, very nicely decorated. GREAT environment! This was my first time here and honestly I cannot wait to come back!! I highly recommend it, my overall expense was truly the best! Definitely my new favorite tea/coffee place from now on!!

The tea, counter service, and variety is good. I like that they offer tea pots and cups besides just disposable paper cups, although there's an additional fee for this.

The upstairs loft area is subdued and separates you from the hustle and bustle of the counter downstairs.

Can't believe I've slept on this place for so long! There's literally something for everyone. I don't even like tea and can't handle caffeine, but find myself here at least once a week. Drinks aside, their desserts are top shelf! Highly recommend the Raspberry donut-cheese cake! Nailed the flavor of the old hostess raspberry filled powdered sugar covered ring donuts. The best way to describe it is like, if, the donuts married an Entemans cheese filled coffee cake and had a baby that grew up to be a successful, sophisticated adult. **Hand down, 1 of the most bizarre reviews I've ever written, but still posting

Just walked in to order a tea and the two at the counter looked at me, didn't smile, greet me, nothing and looked away. So I turned around and took my business elsewhere. You'd think in a troubled economy they'd want the business. Guess not.
