In town on business, my husband and I decided to check out TCBY at the recommendation of one of his co-workers.

The young lady behind the counter, Mackenzie, was cheerful, smiling and happily answered any questions we had.

It was overall a great experience from the frozen yogurt to the service.

I highly recommend TCBY and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Quincy!

Overall the area was put together and clean, the freezer could have been stocked better and organized, burning the first 5 minutes of entering the building I was immediately distraught a lady approached me and asked if I needed assistance in which I politely declined and continued to look through the cooler ( searching for something for my dog in the car if that matters) moments after declining her offer she asked me if I was smoking pot, I respectfully declined and proceeded to turn back around and look in the case she continued to say that if so I needed to be respectful and step outside and “air out” and honestly that seemed super disrespectful to me, I can understand not being able to withstand the smell, but to assume I was smoking pot is just super unprofessional, especially being the area the building is located, people are outside their homes smoking constantly in this area, to assume I’m the reasons at least publicly is unprofessional, if you thought I had smelled of pot you should have just asked me to leave instead of making me feel embarrassed, and being told I need to be respectful because of other peoples allergies.

The ice cream was great as always and the service was wonderful. The redhead gal with bangs in the drive through was very polite and wrapped our cones with many napkins since they had started to drip and didn’t want to make a mess! Great service and it seems like a fun environment for customers and staff!

I like tcby but for now my complaint is prices I got a strawberry Sunday large almost 8 bucks not worth it you can go to smoothie king get huge smoothie for just as cheap and alot more flavor I won't be back here sorry not worth the money and not very many strawberry for the price
