Where to start, my husband and I had a lot of anxieties going into the wedding planning process, knowing what to do first was quite literally the most stressful thing to do, we didn't know where to look when it came down to vendors, venues, etc. Hiring Taylor was one of the best decisions that we made. She was a huge help, from beginning to end. She really knew how to implement both of our ideas and thoughts to make our dream wedding come true. We couldn't have asked for better, it was simply perfect. I the bride, am very shy, and a bit of a pushover when it comes down to both of our families, and our families are very opinionated people, I even had trouble with my bridesmaids. She helped me feel so much calmer and listened to all of the problems that we had. She was kind, considerate, and always knew what to say. One big thing that we loved about Taylor that stood out was that she took the initiative to put a stop to certain things especially when it came down to the wedding day, she was quick to resolve any issues that arose and made the day so cohesive that there was barely any issues to begin with. We didn't even know there were any issues at one point because they were resolved so fast. If you are thinking of a wedding planner who is caring, passionate, well-organized, and gets the job done, you definitely should hire Taylor Rae as she is one of the best. She helps with everything, she schedules meeting with photographers, makeup artists, venues, DJs, and officiants. After many of the meetings we had she would have us stay after to hear our thoughts about them which helped us a lot with making decisions.

If you are budging for your wedding, keep in mind weddings are expensive, and getting any sort of planner is rather pricey. However, we believe that hiring a planner is worth it, Taylor has a few packages from what we remember she had around 3- 4, and we requested the full service because we needed help from start to finish. When you hire Taylor you are not only paying for quality service but you are paying for a perfect wedding handled with care. Taylor is amazing at what she does, this is her true calling. We appreciate all that she has done for us.

I cannot recommend Taylor highly enough. Hire her for your date before someone else does. Beyond the pure planning element of my wedding late last fall, Taylor did something as important: she helped me feel more calm at a time when I felt like I was teetering on the edge of sanity. I started a new job six months before my wedding (pro tip, this is insane and planning a wedding in and of itself is at the very least a very intense part-time job). I initially hired Taylor for partial planning services that would have started six weeks out from our wedding date in November, but I was so overwhelmed with things like rentals (I had no idea what I was doing) by late August I asked her in a moment of desperation if she would be willing to come on earlier for an additional fee. Praise be, she said yes and immediately took some of my most stressful wedding workload off my plate. She was a godsend. She helped get my rental costs down significantly, helped identify areas where we could safely cut costs so we could beef up in others, and communicated with all of our vendors at a time when I was just trying to do things like my seating chart and last-minute dress alterations. She also skillfully managed some potentially trying family and guest situations day of without a second thought. Taylor is highly competent, exceptionally reliable, truly empathetic, and *prepared* with experience and planning tools that helped make the process so much easier. She was the reason our wedding day went the way that it did - people still tell us how magical and seamless it was. Ten stars.

I so appreciate Taylor's incredible capacity and poise. Taylor was the planner for the Love Fest wedding that I attended. This truly was as much a full on festival as it was a wedding with stages, complex lighting, sound, multiple entertainment venues, yoga, sound healing, breathwork, bands, 4 days of meals, multiple activity stations, signs and a truck loads of equipement,flowers, food. Not detail was left out, this wedding required a logistics mastermind rarely seen even in major Hollywood productions. This wedding was for two event planners that expected and received the highest standard on all levels. This level of logistics takes a special
person to satisfy a couple that fully believe that pulling off the impossible is just another days work. Taylor faced all of the big challenges including remote location,
complex and diverse entertainment, multiple gourmet meal presentations, a volunteer crew that she had to guide and lead.
There was deep attention paid to the millions and I mean millions of details planned, prepped and delivered and executed. I was awe inspiring. This couple set our to awe us and awe us they did.
Taylor nailed it every step of the way without meltdown or mayhem. We felt held, supported and blown away by all that she did. All that your partner did. All that The bride and groom and their family did to normalize the previously unimaginable Thank you!!
Should anyone be looking for a wedding planner Taylor will forever be my recommendation. I also think
she would be a real asset to any film set which faces similar challenges and logistics.
