Hello family all right just finished shopping at this target I believe it’s in Colma on Junioero Serra.

Great atmosphere a lot of stuff to choose from. I went to the 10 item or less check out.

I checked out within less than a minute. The lady at the counter was very good. I

I was so into making the video almost left my bag of food on the counter.

She said don’t forget your bag so she was real helpful.

Great place to do some shopping all right God bless.

There are so many reasons why I love Target and this Target in particular.

This particular Target is big, has great staff, wide aisles, easy parking, in a shopping center with other good stuff --- House of Bagels, Michael's, Black Bear Diner, etc., close to other shopping centers - Colma 280 and Serramonte which has another Target!, Kohl's, etc.

It's right off 280.

As with the Target on the other side of 280, more and more stuff is locked up against theft. A necessary but frustrating development.

I wish every store had self checkout because dealing with people in the bay area has become unbearable and most of the time necessary. No one over the age of 16 should be a cashier. Thank you Target.

While I generally enjoy shopping at Target, today’s experience was frustrating.The cashiers in this location don’t always seem equipped to handle certain situations.

Today, a customer ahead of me spent over 30 minutes trying to purchase gift cards. The customer appeared to be an older woman, and while I understand that everyone deserves patience, the situation escalated when one of the old women started yelling at others out of frustration. The cashier didn’t call for help or intervene to resolve the issue, which made the situation unnecessarily chaotic.

I feel that better training for cashiers and clear protocols for when to call for assistance could have prevented this situation.

I was racially profiled while shopping and followed throughout the store simply because I am Black. I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary I had dropped in to buy groceries for my family and noticed there were a lot of items marked down. I decided to go down each aisle to see if I could find anything interesting, especially since I wanted to use a 15% promotion I had received through the store’s app.

At first, I thought the woman following me was just another customer. She was white, wearing a dark green cropped puffer vest and carrying a medium-sized YSL bag. I assumed I was in her way, but then I realized she appeared in every aisle I went to. She even glanced into my basket at one point, making it clear she wasn’t shopping but observing me instead.

This experience was deeply upsetting and traumatizing. I was just trying to shop for my family, and instead, I was made to feel unwelcome and targeted because of my race.

Good prices, and good products. But the dim lighting gave me a headache. It took me a while to find body wash since it was far from the shampoo, my fault-- it was clearly labeled. But I didn't see any employees walking around since it was pretty crowded.

Having been to a few targets in my day, I would like to say that is one of my favorites. The isles are clean and orderly. The lines are short and the cashier's are even pretty friendly. I really wanted a bit more staff though on the floor, when a store is this big there needs to be some direction for the customers. I spent 5 min looking for towels and then another 5 for laundry detergent. That's 10 min wasted from my day. Otherwise, a great place to drop a ton of cash.

This target is pretty average. Went there and caught Brandon from exchanges and returns smoking on duty. He had no idea . Also don’t come to buy a gallon of milk because for some reason they are all pouring out of the container as they are sitting sideways open half full in the freezer.
