Though the staff was friendly. I must say that my experience was not the best. I was setup for a day of pampering and relaxation however that was not the case. I was scheduled for a deep tissue massage, facial and manicure. My deep tissue massage was the only service that I truly enjoyed Lynn was wonderful. My facial felt rushed the atmosphere was loud and bright.

I had to reschedule my manicure for another day which after receiving was disappointed in the service. The color was beautiful but the application was sloppy. I’m very disappointed in the service. I wouldn’t go back or recommend. Honest review. I hope they will take this feedback and apply as they have the potential to be an amazing establishment. God Bless!

T’Amor is an oasis! I had scheduled a teen spa package for my daughter’s birthday. We didn't have to wait for them to start the massage. Love the vibe! Cozy, warm, and inviting! Also, Loretta at the More Flavors & Teas Cafe is wonderfully blessed! I had the best Chicken Tacos I’ve had ever! Flavorful, fresh and seasoned perfectly! She also said she prayed over my food! It displays how much care she had in preparation! Great place, good people and good food! I will return and will bring someone with me too!

I was super excited about getting my hair done. I made an appointment for 930am and I saw they gave messages. I called them to ask if I could get both in one day and what was the but way of doing so. I was told to do the message first 10am and then my hair. I needed the appointment earlier so I didn't book the message and kept the 930 appointment. I got multiple confirmation emails on my appointment. When it came to the day of my appointment I got an email at 830am saying my appointment was changed from 930am to 10am. I replied that I needed and earlier appointment but got no response. I change some things around so that I can keep the appointment, I really wanted to get my hair done. I waited to 10oclock, and I got a call from Tia Moore asking me if I I was there and I told her yes! She told me she was going to be 8 minutes late but someone was going to open the door. I knocked and knocked on the door but no one came. It was raining so I went back to the car to wait. After waiting I text backed and canceled the appointments.

I’ve had massages before and was excited about receiving this service from this establishment. I was greeted with a “ you are here for?” Which was the first red flag. Mind you the appointment was made and confirmed online. I was instructed to go upstairs. The individual that informed to go upstairs finally came upstairs after about 5 minutes looked on his phone asked me my name then responded with oh ok. He proceeded to tell me to follow him. When I entered the room it was not inviting or had any warm. I felt like I was in a medical exam room with dim lights and music. I had to place my belongings on a tray. The table was uncomfortable and the massage was ok. What really did it for me was the massage gun that was used on my upper back which left me sore for the next two days. My person that provided my service never introduced himself. I only found out his name when I was time to check out. Lynn - unfortunately I won’t be returning.

My spa service was amazing! Krisha created a soft and relaxing atmosphere for my deep tissue massage. She was very kind and informative. I left feeling like a new individual. The spa is located in the heart of Beverly and the spa is very clean. They offer many other services as well.

I wish I could give it zero stars! I was early/ on time for my appointment but was never seen. I entered the "salon" to an underwhelming greeting and was instructed to have a seat. I waited for 30 minutes, as I started to leave the young lady that instructed me to have a seat told me she was the one doing my hair and she was ready to get started ( she watched me sit there for 30 minutes!), she took me to the shampoo area gave me a little towel and told me the girl would be with me shortly to wash my hair. I watched the shampoo girl hold a conversation and move 3 cases of water before deciding to come shampoo my hair. I was already putting on my coat when she finally said she was ready, I was there for almost an hour an no one touched my hair, it was a complete waste of time which is why I am writing the review, we need to do better when people choose to spend their time and money with us!

My wife went her for a 2 hour massage and hated her experience as soon as she walked in the door.

The signage to get to the place was confusing, she went into a room downstairs and was told to go upstairs. Once she got upstairs, she had to wait in a non-appealing waiting room for 15 minutes past the appointment start time. The actual space was not relaxing, the massage table only had one sheet on it and was not comfortable with any warm towels or anything. The masseuse‘s phone went off and during the massage he used a massage gun. He felt very inexperienced, my wife and I have gotten plenty of massages in plenty of places and this was not a good experience. My wife was not relaxed at all, and the masseuse never introduced himself. All in all, it was not spa quality.

I had a massage by Lynn and it was great. The young lady who was the receptionist was nice too. I will be returning.
