I took my daughter for her first nail salon visit and she was so pleased with the results! The woman that did her nails was so kind and patient with her as she tried to figure out exactly what she wanted. We would definitely go back!

I came in to get my acrylic gels nails soaked off and manicure. I was seated and the lady started by wanting to pop my nails off with a fake tip. I explained I would please like them soaked off not ripped off. She said okay and began to soak them. She would take my nails out the acetone bowl every 20 seconds and drill my nails done. After almost an hour of her doing that she left so much acrylic still on my nails. Then she “gave me a manicure” she started cutting down my cuticles with a used cuticle cutter that had someone’s else cuticles on there from when she did a pedicure 🤮 the is the definition of a chop shop!!! Mind you they charged $45 for a nail removal and half-assed dirty manicure.

We made an appointment for three of us (my 2 daughters and myself) for gel pedicures and color change for the kids, with mainucure for me. When we got there they said they wouldn't do pedicures for the kids (which was disappointing because we talked about being big girls with feet in the tubs), because they said there was not enough nails or feet to require a pedicure. On their Google page it says they do kids, but apparently that's just a color change. In the end it was probably a blessing. The chairs they put us in were dirty. My daughter's chair still had water in the bottom, and mine had hair and a sticky stain. It's good we ended up not putting our feet in the tubs. They did one person at a time because they took walk ins while we were here, and not enough staff to accommodate the number of people they had here.
I opted out of any treatments at all because both my kids were done by the time they wanted to START my pedicure/ manicure. That would have meant both my kids would be sitting in those chairs another hour waiting for me. Clearly that's not the point of making an appointment.
The ladies were very nice to my children and did 5 colors to create a rainbow, which is really above and beyond and it made them happy, so I'm grateful to them and their efforts, which is the only reason I give this a two star experience. I will NOT be returning and hope that anyone with kids will consider another place as well.

I love this place! I went for a pedicure & manicure. JJ did my pedicure and she was such a gem! She's great on the muscles and really knows how to help you relax. Tiffanie did my manicure and she is the only person to have shaped my acrylics EXACTLY the way I want them. She is so friendly and nice. I love this place! Will def be back!

This was one of the worst manicures I’ve ever received. My nails were in good condition when I arrived but when I left they were all cracked and split. The tech put the wrong gel color on twice as well as filing my nails so rough they cracked. I finally told her to stop and just left and finished it myself at home. My pedicure was decent but the tech was rough and did not provide very pleasant customer service. Overall I would never come here again.
