My experience at The Sybaris in Downers Grove was a truly wonderful and memorable one. After going through so much in life and dealing with the challenges of the current times, The Sybaris provided me with a much-needed ray of light. The ambience of the place was simply amazing, with a high energy and an atmosphere filled with love. It was the perfect peaceful getaway that I needed. The luxurious amenities in the rooms was a bonus, adding to the overall experience. I enjoyed my stay so much that I ended up going twice in one week, with my only complaint being that I talked so much fell asleep and didn't get to use the hot tub the first time we came back and didn't use it again that's how much the getaway was needed so I guess I can have a tantrum and my mate will be sure we go again and next time, I'll make sure to indulge in the hot tub experience. The comfortable bed and intimate conversations with my partner made me realize the importance of treating ourselves to getaways like this. It allowed us to have some peace and privacy while reconnecting with each other. The Sybaris truly lives up to its reputation as an amazing place for a romantic getaway, and I can't wait to go back and experience it all over again. The staff were friendly and accommodating as usual, ensuring that our every need was taken care of. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was impressive, creating a luxurious and intimate atmosphere. Overall, my experience at The Sybaris was unforgettable, and I highly recommend it as a must-visit destination for anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic escape or just a getaway. I met those that make it happen behind the scenes and I got to take a few photos and thankful so the world gets to see how people go above and beyond to make things a lifetime memory for us and sometimes they're never noticed.

I love Sybaris its really a passionate place I'm a lifetime member. This particular time tho room was nice and lovely my remote for the TV was out the entire time really didn't work. The TV channels where also all really not working 😕. My WiFi was also out of fritz luckily I have 5G, let's just say this was not the worst experience I've had it could just use a couple updates for TV and remotes

The room was super clean and really well thought out, they are all soon to be upgraded also! The GM gave us a tour of the first one they are about to open and it definitely looked impressive.

Speaking of the GM, Rollie was awesome. He made the check in process super easy. The staff and him were super welcoming and just overall had a positive vibe.

Best experience ever!!! I haven’t this much fun in months. The room was so clean and nice. We did the majestic suite. Next time we’ll try the other rooms too.

This was our first time at the Downers Grove location, and it's just as fun as Mequon. My husband and I love to reconnect once a year and shut off our phones at Sybaris and it's literally the best thing we've ever done for our relationship.

We loved all the water amenities and can't wait until next year. Thank you Sybaris for letting us live our frog splishy dreams.

I made the biggest mistake making reservations at downers grove Sybaris for my 34th anniversary I have never seen such a filthy bathroom hair everywhere and even snots and dried soap on the shower curtain. Don't get me wrong I love Sybaris I have always been to the one at Northbrook and never had a problem but downer grove BIG MISTAKE NEVER AGAIN. and this is only my first night of 2. Can't make this one up to the wife

We really enjoyed the pool, it was very clean and the water clear. The highlight was are couple hot rock massage. It was fabulous, the ladies were very professional and did a great job. I can't say enough about that experience, you really need to do one. The outside of the building really needs some TLC at Downers Grove, but the room inside was clean and nicely setup.

Beautiful birthday suprise. Me and my husband stayed in the Paradise Suite. The pool is the perfect temperature. The room is nice and cozy. The jacuzzi is amazing. We loved the waterfall in the pool. 10/10 will stay here every year for a birthday or anniversary.
