Sweat Reno has become one of my favorite places to head over to after work and unwind. I love the options of the different saunas and they each provide me with something I need that particular day. My membership also covers the cocoon pod which is really relaxing and helps me decompress after work. Since I started going, I've been sleeping better and noticed real improvements in my mental clarity and overall well-being. I loathe traditional gyms but I love the personable, welcoming atmosphere here and especially how clean it is. The owner is genuinely friendly and it's clear that she has put a lot of care into the space. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Sweat Reno! The infrared saunas have become a go-to for me. I’ve noticed a real reduction in stress since making it part of my weekly routine. The space is always spotless and serene, with thoughtful touches like a clean shower for after your session. Jamie (the owner) is fabulous! She goes above and beyond every single time and makes you feel so cared for. Highly recommend!

Best sauna and cryotherapy studio in Reno. Clean, friendly and affordable. Each sauna has different fitness opportunities including yoga, row machine, bikes, assault bike and weight training all in your own private sauna. Each sauna is also equipped with a TV. Highly recommend visiting and improving your health.

I started about 2 months ago as a friend told me it would help with inflammation and joint pain doing the infrared sauna. I noticed an immediate improvement in my mobility and it’s also helped with weight loss. I’ve moved up to the spin bike 30 minutes a day 4 days a week and have lost 40 lbs. as of today. Less pain, less weight and Jamie is very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously. All I can say is Get in and experience it for yourself !!!!!!

I did a session of the cocoon fitness pod and used the infrared sauna. Both were amazing! I felt healed and rejuvenated after the cocoon, like I just had the greatest night’s sleep of my life. So comfortable and energizing! You’ve got to try it!

I have been visiting Sweat Reno Infrared Spa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and serene, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.

This place is AMAZING. I'm not a typical gym workout person & I love coming here rowing & using free weights for a workout in the sauna. I highly recommend coming here. I have a membership & make it a part of my schedule to come after work each day. You won't be disappointed + Jaime the owner is SO nice & knowledgeable.

Sweat Reno was a perfect infrared sauna studio! It had several saunas to choose from and it’s been conveniently set up for you to get in your work out or just enjoy the heat and have a relaxing experience. I picked one where I could have free space for yoga and stretching. Plenty of room inside and they even have a tv monitor to follow along to videos. Jamie, the owner is so helpful and friendly. Looking forward to my next visit!
