I have been going for a year now, twice a week, and I feel it has helped my overall physical and mental health. My immune system is strong and it definitely alleviates some of my back pain. Mentally, it's a great setting to just be quiet and meditate.
Debbie (morning shift) is the best! She ensures that the rooms are sanitized and refreshing every time! She is knowledgeable about the sauna's benefits and temperatures and will find the right spot for you. I see her first thing in the morning and she always greets me with a smile. She has such a positive vibe that you can't help but leave feeling refreshed and energized!!

I've been coming to Sweat Infrared Sauna in Prescott for over a year now. I love the place. Everyone who works there is so professional and friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. The sauna units are always super clean and fresh. These infrared saunas have helped so much with my arthritis. I've traveled a lot in the southwest and have been to infrared saunas in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and California. Sweat in Prescott is one of the very very best.

I started my sauna experience last October and loved it so much that I started working there as a second job on weekends. Love the sauna and the amazing owners. Very happy to call this place my second home. We have amazing members that I look forward to seeing every weekend!

I'm adding to my review from 2 years ago...I've been coming for over 2 years, not consistently, but when I can, which has been many times. Just wanted to update...I've always had clean and HOT rooms/suanas. Staff is always wonderful. I have gone at a variety of times, and it has been consistent. Staff seems to work hard and are always friendly; seem genuinely happy to help you!

Only complaint: Please open 2nd location in Prescott Valley!

Staff is always professional and courteous. I've gone several times, always gotten very hot saunas (150), usually in the morning. Immaculate, private rooms.
After the sauna, I feel amazing all day! Wish I could go more frequently! I'm in PV so it's not exactly convenient, hope there will be a location here soon!

Five-star concept, four-star facility, four-star temperature management, three-star schedule. Full-spectrum infrared is wonderful for health. The facility is tasteful, clean, and relaxing, but things are falling into minor disrepair (door latches and hinges are particularly troublesome). I am an experienced sauna person and I like it hot (>160°). It had been difficult to consistently have a sauna room ready that’s hot enough but things have improved dramatically over the last six months with Jane in charge. The rooms cool quickly and heat excruciatingly slowly and people don’t seem to comprehend to keep the door closed other than entrance and egress. Which brings me to the last issue: the schedule. They are closed 12 to 2 weekdays (no lunchtime saunas if you work), closed on Wednesdays (the best day for me as it happens), and close at 2pm (last start time is 1pm) on the weekends (wouldn’t a weekend afternoon be great for a sauna?). I have found management to be fair and responsive and Jane is a godsend.
