The lovely lady working in the office this evening paid me a compliment that truly made me feel good. It seemed genuine from the heart. What a wonderful person! I'm so grateful!
The rooms are clean.
The beds are comfortable, and the area is quiet.
For breakfast, you get to go to the next door, super cute restaurant for free!

I expect more out of a Best Western hotel. This was a great disappointment. There was one poor old lady running the place and it's clear they need more help. It was cute that they're running a cat rescue, but it's not acceptable as a professional establishment. When I went to the office to get help with the soap dispensers, The manager and I walked to the laundry room and she gave me the soap dispensers and told me just to rip the top off and squeeze out the products. Then leave the containers for the housekeeping to take care of. In the laundry room they kept an old cat that slept there during the day. This is not sanitary.

The two star rating is because the people at the front desk were very nice and the breakfast voucher for the lumberjack restaurant were excellent.
However, the outside areas of the motel were covered with litter, paper, and cigarette butts. This litter was covered with even more litter. Wooden fence section broken and fallen to the ground.
The rooms were clean, but not in well-maintained condition. The recent remodeling attempts were poorly finished.

This was a good alternative to other options. The rooms are dated, but was surprisingly clean. The desk lady was very kind. I gave 3 starts overall because there was dogs barking at 5am which was not enjoyable. Also the views of the mountains were nice first thing in the morning.

Not sure where to start but we were assigned the rooms on the opposite corner of the office and had a horrible experience. There were a group of six filthy men staying upstairs. I’m not sure where they thought they were but they started cooking eggs and dinner right outside the bottom rooms, even though their rooms were upstairs. Also at 6pm the gardeners were using their loud equipment outside the rooms. This place felt like we were in a third world country. What is wrong with management? We will never stay here again! The only positive thing was the young lady who checked us in.

We'd definitely come back again, great clean rooms. The room we had, has a nice small kitchen area with a microwave. It does have outside entrances which isn't my favorite thing. But I'd still recommend the place. The only glitch was the heater, it worked fine it was just so loud, it sounded like an airplane taking off, or like it was about to explode, so we shut it off halfway through the night.

We loved everything about the room we had no reservation and it was no problem the breakfast was yummy wish we could of stayed longer but we had to go the girl at the front desk was nice and it was quiet at night we will be back again soon

The room was big, very clean, a little dated but that was OK as we were there for just one night. Dog friendly hotel with reasonable $20 charge. We were on lower floor and we could hear the guy walking above us (and he was not messing around, the ceiling is just thin and not insulated). Breakfast at restaurant next door included. Had a little trouble using the soap-shampoo-conditioner dispensers. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good location close to stores.
