The front desk and house keepers are nice. Nice room and if you have kids big enough area for kids I personally had a good stay thank you. Would stay here again stayed from January 8,2025 till February 2025 waiting for apartment. Also you can get packages sent there if you need .

I was really looking forward to my stay, but I was very disappointed with the room conditions. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were no tissues, only one towel, and basic amenities were missing. As a Diamond member, I expect a higher level of cleanliness and service, but this stay did not meet those expectations.

I’ve stayed at many Best Western locations and have had great experiences, so this was a real letdown. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because I would love to give this location another chance in the future—hopefully with a much better experience.

Would love to hear from management on how they plan to improve, as I truly expected better.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this Best Western. As a Diamond member, I expected a clean and well-maintained room, but that was not the case. The sink was dirty, there were no tissues provided, and the overall condition of the room was unacceptable.

It’s frustrating to check into a room that feels neglected, especially when staying at a reputable hotel chain. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the cleaning standards. I would not recommend this location unless they make significant improvements.

Terrible hotel, would not recommend, we arrived to check in and had to do so at the other hotel in the parking lot due to renovations (however breakfast would still be served in the Sure Stay lobby? In an active construction zone? Couldn’t say for sure because we didn’t get that far) checked in and got our keys, went over to our room and it was completely filthy inside on all the surfaces, with garbage and old food on the ground. So we go back to the other hotel front desk to get a new room, and when we get to the new room, the door is broken out, knowing what we would find inside we opened the door to bugs all over the place, took a picture of one of the cockroaches on the curtains and went back to the front desk to cancel our reservation and GTFO, after showing him the picture, the front desk clerk tired to claim that it wasn’t a bug, quoting “a bug sir? No, this is too big to be a bug, a fly bug?, but a bug would be small, no this is not a bug.” So we finally got our refund and went 15 minutes down the road to the Best Western plus by the airport, 10x better experience.

The hotel is clean. Their sheets and pillows were really comfortable and hypoallergenic . Bath towel were also very clean and new. The staff were all very nice to all the guest. Kudos to all staff. This is my second time booking this hotel. We will definitely come back will stay here again

Beds very nice. We were given an extra blanket when we asked. Clean as well. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was quiet all three nights. The breakfast was nothing special, but that is often the case with continental breakfasts. I would recommend.

Clean, well kept hotel that is our go to spot for our monthly trips to San Jose. Beds are comfortable and staff is attentive to our needs. The staff is helpful. Breakfast has a variety of items to choose from. We especially like how helpful Tu is making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Re: the ev charging at the hotel and reception said they did have them and it was a flat charge of $20. But it would take all night. |When we arrived they said it was $25 for a max of 2 hours. That is the most ridiculous price I have ever heard. They are very slow chargers and that cost would work out to 40 miles of driving for $25. |That is NOT a nice way to treat your guests. |And wrong info when I phoned was unacceptable too I would have charged the car somewhere else obviously. |Warm regards
