One of the worst hotels i have been. Came for a late check in everything is OK but as soon as I got to my room the beds were full of pet hairs and pee stains. I went to complain and asked for another room I was denied that and the fact that they offered housekeeping to change my sheets till the next day. We went for dinner my husband and kids still disgusted we decided to go back to get our things and to our surprise they changed the beds and one bed a little stained we decided to leave. Asked for a refund and they didn't want to give my money back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. Very unhappy.

Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel is out dated and needs much upgrading. The room smelled bad. There were stains on the walls. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Hair all over the pillows. Shower head coming out of the wall. Tub area looked disgusting.

The hotel was very run down. The room smelled very musty and moldy. Would never stay here again. Went out to get a scented candle and Febreeze to help make the room tolerable. The bedding was clean at least. Breakfast offerings were very limited.

Not the best experience. Pool small and not used very often - spiders/chlorine flakes in it. Hot tub boarded up. Room was very hot we had the room A/C on the lowest setting with high fan and it was bearable but not cold by any means. A/C in the whole hotel didn't work very well. |Stains on the sheets/pillowcases/shower curtain. Paint on window curtain.|Plus was the liquid hand soap and full size shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. Staff was friendly.|Breakfast was not worth it...very few options. Pancake maker didn't work. Plus - my son loved the sausage links.

I was sorely disappointed in the front desk. I came from out of town. He ran my card said it didn't give an approval code. I showed him that it just took the money out of my account. I left after arguing with him. It's 5 days later and still no refund. Shifting the blame to anyone but the hotel. When I walked into the hotel it stunk and was incredibly hot. I would not recommend this hotel for my dog let alone a person. I can only imagine what the room looked like. We ended up at a different hotel. Sleep inn and suites. For the record it was definitely worth the extra money for the room. I'd go there if you want to be treated right.

We had a very pleasant stay. Manager was very helpful and the beds were comfy. We wanted to take one home with us. The vintage displayed cans in the pop machine were cool. It's nice to have a fridge in the room. We will stay there next time we're in town.

The room was overall just very ill-kept. There were stains all over the bedding and just grimy in all the surfaces. Amenities were non-existent or too gross to use, such as the pool with a layer of dirt on the floor and the breakfast not having any of the hot food advertised. Internet would only connect to one phone and no other devices.

This hotel was an absolute mess. The staff was rude and disrespectful immediately. Then when we finally got to our room, after walking through hallways that smelled of salami and desperation, I went into the restroom to find fecal matter on the walls and pubic hairs on the floor and toilet.
When we went to speak with the front staff we were cursed at and insulted.
They refused to make any accommodation to remedy the situation. I have been a traveler my entire life and have never had such discourteous treatment from someone who is supposed to be in the service industry.
