Staff was very helpful The room was very clean and
modernize up-to-date. The price for the room was very reasonable still had to put $100 deposit. But overall a good experience the bed was nice The only issues you try to warm up the room but our heater system works only had cold air the breakfast was good simple cereal yogurt bagels coffee juice.

Staff were very pleasant and nice. Fridge and micro in room.
Breakfast is cereal, yogurt or breads. Pancake place across the street. Black Angus next door with a big happy hour. I suggest visiting Manolos market across the street which makes lots of items ready to eat, plus full grocery.
Join the Best Western rewards and save more. Only suggestion is to offer a little more for the breakfast.

I am having a blast at this place, let me tell you. Clean rooms with the perfect blanket set up. You get those crisp hotel sheets and perfect weight comforter with a fuzzy blanket sandwiched in between, really nice touch. There’s lots of channels on the tv, lord of the rings marathon playing all night!I would definitely stay here again. The front desk people are personable and helpful. Where to even begin. Although it's not a 5 stat hotel, it definitely meets the standards to those who are looking for quality and cleanliness. The staff clearly care for the property and the rooms. It's extremely peaceful. The hotel has strict no smoking policies, and you can tell they are enforced. My last few stays have been extremely pleasant stays. The free breakfast is a definite plus. I highly recommend the property over its sleazy, cheap, careless POS property next door. Without dropping names, it has a 6 in the front of the property. I highly recommend and will be returning.

I've been waiting to write this review!
I must say after traveling over 2300 miles to the other side of the country, i was very impressed with this hotel... Honestly at first the reviews almost had me shaky but after visiting i must say the place is nice.. Honestly you can't please everyone!

First things first...
Yes the area is different and E Street can be busy but it's Very convenient to food areas, and the Trolley ride
Secondly: YES THEY CHARGE $100 DEPOSIT... So people don't freak out.. it's only a cover to ensure no damages to the rooms and you can use separate pay option and get it back when you check out no biggie..
Thirdly i was very impressed with my room it was very clean and trust i've seen some wild places but i sprayed it down like i would do even at the Hilton... The breakfast was complimentary no prob, so i went to eat at the Best Denny's ever to me! That's another review ...

And if you go request to stay on the front side or side...
other than That The place is what it is.. If you don't like it try the Holiday inn or the motel 6 or the Howard Johnson .etc they are in the walking distance of this hotel.... Trust me i will be back to stay here!

I stayed here for a week on a work assignment. Overall I had a very nice stay. My room was located on the second floor in the front building where the office is located. There is no elevator, keep that in mind. Parking was good, plenty of spaces usually close to your room, it does fill up on weekends. I had a king room and the room was clean, no odors or anything. Every hotel/motel has its quirks, I spend 90% of my time on the road so I have learned them well and most are not a problem. My only wish for this location is a table lamp or two next to the bed on the night stand. The room is lit with ceiling lights and there are lights over the area where a table lamp would be but the quality of the light is not really pleasant, a table lamp would be much better in my opinion. The re-coating of the bathtub in my room was beginning to peel but for me that's not a big issue and it's common with tub resurfacing in commercial applications. ||ZERO indications of any insects, that was mentioned in some other reviews, I did not see any or have any issues. Breakfast was good, quick but not the grab and go type. |My king bed was comfortable, bedding was very nice. The staff was also very nice, housekeeping is every third day which is fine unless you are a pig. In that case you can go to the desk and request housekeeping. ||Location is good very close to the I-5 exit at E street. Its on a main street, with some other properties near by. The transit center is close. I saw no issues with homeless people hanging around. People walk the area but E street is a main street so of course you will see people. ||There is a McDonalds and Black Angus next door and a Taco Bell and Dennys across the street. Other options are a short drive away. ||All in all it was a very nice stay with absolutely no problems over the week I was there.||For the complainers....this is a budget friendly motel. If you want luxury, raise your price point. If you want a nice, clean, friendly safe room at a reasonable price, then stay here.

Good hotel. I stayed there for 3 nights. The toilet was small. The breakfast was the same everyday. No eggs were offered. Just tea, coffee, cereal and bread. The cream cheese was available only on day 1.

Overpriced for such a cheap place
-Tub in bathroom is peeling, found clumps of dark hairs. Yuck.
- LOTS of cigarette smokers outside their rooms, smoking in the passageways, makes the place smell like an ashtray (it's posted as a smoke free property, ha ha)
- NO housekeeping for short stays. 3 nights and I had to take care of my room.
- Pool is not heated so can't use in winter.
on the plus side -- Bed linens are clean. Lots of food places nearby.
