I will start off with the customer service being excellent. It seems to be a family-run hotel and they were very accommodating with requests, and helpful with eating suggestions. The location is just at the end of town on Route 66 (very close to Bearazona) and we felt safe. It is surrounded by woods and field. We were traveling with a dog, who loved going into the field. The rooms have been moderately updated, but could definitely use more updates. The breakfast area is small, and crowded if many guests at same time. Includes little pancakes, white bread, coffee/tea/juice, apples, scrambled egg/sausage, cereal/milk, and oatmeal packets. Plates available to take back to your room. Rooms and grounds were clean. A/C/Heater is a wall unit, that can be noisy when cycling on. Room size was adequate for 2 adults and a dog. We would possibly stay again, depending on our budget.

We stayed here after a horrible snow storm stopped our journey home. The hotel was fine, the pictures I'd say show the rooms a little better than it was. Some of the furniture showed its age, however, the bed was comfy and all was fine. Like some other reviews, I did find the window in our room AND our in-laws room to be unlocked. We had not safety concerns, breakfast was decent. I'd stay again, the value was good!

Location: Great. It's one of the closest places to stay near the Grand Canyon. It's easy to find.

Rooms: Good. Our room was very small; I didn't really care about that. I was there to sleep, shower, and move on. Most importantly: it was clean.

Noise: It almost sounded like microphones and speakers were set up to ensure we could hear adjacent rooms.

Service: I placed a sign on the door handle that said not to disturb us. The same sign that every other hotel has. We were awoken before 9 am for housekeeping. We informed them we were still sleeping. They knocked "housekeeping" again while I was in the shower at around 10:15 am. I informed them of the time and let them know that checkout was at 11.
Shortly after, I heard some borderline yelling in another language, along with the word "Americans" tossed in somewhere.

My top suggestion: add red neon lighting to the "do not disturb" signs. Or wear glasses. I dunno.

Everyone was really friendly and helpful. Thanks for pleasant stay and we will stay here again when we are in town. Good breakfast they have hot breakfast like sausages, eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bread, muffins, coffee, juices(orange, apple, cranberry) and have filtered water with the juices. They allow us to take food to their rooms which is nice when it’s busy.

SureStay Inn in Williams, AZ – Where Time (and Hygiene) Stand Still

If you’ve ever wanted to experience the "charm" of a 1950s roadside motel—complete with carpet that’s seen more decades than you have and a bathroom floor generously decorated with someone else’s "personal grooming remnants" —then boy, does SureStay Inn have a deal for you!

The A/C unit, clinging to the wall by what appeared to be Gorilla Tape and sheer desperation, did little more than provide a convenient entryway for bugs and a sad breeze of false hope. But hey, who needs climate control when you can just marinate in the vintage musk of decades past?

Breakfast was a true "adventure" —rubbery, bagged eggs that could double as hockey pucks, sausages with the structural integrity of wet bread, and a self-serve station that was "serving" absolutely nothing. The pancakes, eggs, and OJ were all MIA, requiring a scavenger hunt to track down an employee who seemed just as surprised as I was that people expected *food* at breakfast.

Sure, it was cheap. But so is a gas station hot dog, and at least "that" comes with the dignity of knowing exactly what you’re getting into. Save yourself the regret—unless your dream vacation includes playing "CSI: Pubic Hair Edition" and dining on despair.
1/10, would not recommend unless you're being actively pursued by the law and need a place to lay low.

I arrived relatively late with my parents. Nobody was at the front desk. I took them to a Holiday Inn and then called Agoda customer service, the booking site I used. They told me they couldn't get anyone to answer the phone (from me arriving to the end of the call was over an hour), and promised a refund.

I did not get a refund and was supplied a reply from the hotel via the Agoda app in poor English that I did not show. That could at least be a reasonable reply, even though it did not happen. But they doubled down on calling me a liar by saying they called me multiple times and that I hung up on them. I've never seen anything like it.

I tried to check at around 8pm, then I called Agoda to cancel. Why would any hotel be calling me?

This hotel stole $110 from me and I sincerely hope they get what they deserve.
