I stayed here a while back, and I couldn’t speak highly enough about the staff at this hotel. They were accommodating during a very rough time for me, and made my stay exceptional. My room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. My stay was extended multiple times, and for as long as I was there, the noise level was always manageable. Thank you to everyone there, you all made life easier during a very rough patch. Especially Sue (I hope I got your name right, it’s been a few months) who was there day and night, and helped me constantly.

Regretful choosing this place to stay while in Fresno. Rooms were dirty. The floors were dirty and looked like they have NOT been cleaned in ages. The room was a non-smoking room, but it had a terrible odor. Bathroom was obviously not clean. Complete disappointment. We usually stay elsewhere when in Fresno but decided on this place because it was close to the event we were attending. Staff, Manager Mike was rude to us at the front desk. Poor Customer Service!!!! First and last time. I highly, DO NOT recommend this place. Look elsewhere, Fresno has better Inns and hotels in the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel was not bad. If you are looking for a place near the downtown area which has a convention center close by, then this is the one for you. It is walking distance.

However, if you are expecting a five star hotel, this is not the one for you.
This is for someone who is trying to ball on a budget and have a decent place to sleep in.

My room was towards the end of the hall, tucked away by the storage room.
As soon as i walked in, I kinda regretted my choice to stay there. It was giving sketchy, dirty, great value Motel 6. The hotel rooms were renovated but still felt pretty dirty. I was concerned about the room being so close to the storage room as there was a door that connected from my room to that storage room. The door was locked and had that landlord special going on with the paint. In order to ease my mind, i moved the desk table they had to in front of the door.

The other rooms close by had music playing after 2 am which was a bit annoying.
The train passed by so loud around 4 am, it startled my sleep.

I did not get the chance to try their breakfast.

Parking was easy and free but I think the side gate was left open all night so that was a bit concerning.

Would I stay here again? Maybe. The location is so convenient, that that’s the only reason why I’d book here again.

So again, if you’re ballin on a budget and just need a place to sleep, this is the hotel for you.

I booked a room here two months ago. Upon my arrival yesterday, they said my room was not clean but to park near a specific room as that would be the room when it was ready. I told the man working at the front desk I would not be back until later in the night. At 10pm, I went to check in and the man at the front desk stated they cancelled our room and were completely full. Aside from cancelling the room without telling us, the person working the front desk was unhelpful and rude. Simply telling us “you were refunded, I don’t know what to tell you.” I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Price was allright. Seems the rooms were recently renovated. However, the definitely paid lowest bidder. I'm stayed on first floor and there is visible light comming through the seems of my door. And with no deadlock on the door had me a little concerned about safety and also critters commin in. Made me question bringing food in my room. Also the shower design is horrible after a 10 minute shower half the bathroom had a puddle of water in it. I was also out of body wash. Like completely. Floor and bed was clean. However, there were stains on the walls and curtains.

Stayed here for 3 nights as we wanted to visit Yosemite. The bathroom exhaust was loud but it was fine, hardly warranted a bad review from that other reviewer.

We didn’t want any housekeeping so asked for a privacy tag but the housekeeping still came in to replace bins - odd but fine.

Everything else was adequate and felt newly renovated. Perfect as a base.

Stayed here for a week while in town for a wedding. Upon checking in they asked me to change my room accommodations for a guess checking in later on in the week. I obliged the request until they proceeded to try and charge me an additional $10 per day for my stay. I then refused the request for the room change.

Breakfast service was horrible. We attempted to get breakfast at 7:30 am in the morning and to our surprise almost everything was out. We asked if anything will be replenished and the employee said no which was infuriating. How do you not restock your breakfast items for quests that early in the morning?!

The weather was in the 100's the week we stayed there and their ice machine was down. One morning I went into the office to ask for ice for my water bottle. I took of the cap and they fingered the inside of my water bottle so I asked for it back so I could wash it out before he refilled it. After filling 1 portion of ice with a plastic bowl the worker then used his hands to grab ice to fill the bowl which is nasty and not sanitary. How did you fill the 1st portion fine but proceed to use your hands after I washed out my water bottle and pointed out it wasn't sanitary you fingered my water bottle? Instead of escalating the situation I just took it and left. I got ice and water somewhere else...

Aside from a very very dirty floor
the first night we where there it was cleaned up nicely after adressing the issue. After that we got towels daily and our beds were made daily without having to request it. The housekeeping crew was great. We even left a tip for them.

The location is a few minutes off the interstate which makes almost everywhere we needed to go 15-20 mins North and East easy to get to. A hotel is just a place to stay over night for us everywhere we go but service is always an important aspect of the stay but this place highly lacked it. I'd reccomend staying elsewhere for 10-20 dollars more a night. Breakfast service will probably be better too. While service, and breakfast sucked the location and housekeeping made it bareable.

The room smelled terrible, A/C unit hasn't been cleaned since the Clinton era, nor has the outside of the window. The bathroom fan is louder than some jets and the shower head literally sings to you in the same tone as Jim Carrey's "the most annoying sound in the world." If you're looking for a redeeming quality, the bed was decent.

Best Western... I think not. Mid western confirmed
