This is the worst experience I've had at a hotel in my life. Places overrun by spiders in the rooms, the shower no was not only gross but the shower head was calcified over and had a busted seal at the connection. Beds were absolutely horrible and uncomfortable, pool and hot tub are not accessible due to " maintenance" it's the only redeeming quality to make. Make it semi worth. It would have been the hot tub to relax in but no and they don't advertise it as broken either which is false advertisement. Toilet paper is one ply and you don't get hardly any of it to begin with and the refrigerator hinges were broken so you didn't get a good seal on the fridge. Just all in all a horrible location and I don't recommend anyone go to this location ever.... It's also noisy as hell because they get patrons who blare Mexican music all night long till 4:00 a.m. or longer.

The room is clean, however the staffs lack of English makes it hard since they can't seem to know what the DND sign means. IF I had a small child I would be worried about this. I have to almost put my entire finger in to change anything.

UPDATE;
Betty B from 3 months ago, your concerns and complaints that the so called general manager was going to make sure were addressed and resolved by staff and not happen again are still happening. In fact I think this GM should go stay there a weekend or two and see for themselves. I doubt that happens though.

When I used to hear Best Western I used to think that it would be at the very least a good safe, clean and affordable option as far as hotel rooms. We travel a lot on 9/21 we decided, since the Surestay Best Western on North Texas was at least 15 dollars less than the least expensive hotel room in the area, we would give it a try. Well the saying “you get what you pay for” is a bit of an understatement. Having booked through the app and paid for the room before actually going there was the biggest mistake. I was greeted with broken down vehicles, garbage literally everywhere including in the pool & hot tub. All sorts of different characters roaming around in the parking lot watching everything we did. I mean that literally,, there were guys popping out of cars and out of rooms as if we were intruding on someone’s turf. We had luggage that we didn’t want to bring into the gross room and and I twice had to intervene when unhoused guys were peering in our car windows. I ended up with no zero sleep going back and forth between the car and the room. The room was somewhat clean but the bathroom was unbelievably disgusting. It was literally covered in little hairs everywhere. We all decided against showering and tried as hard as we could to not have to use the toilet. I took my girls to the gas station down the road. As night fell like I mentioned I was at times sitting in the car watching the transients approach and then then turn around and or keep going. When the coast was clear I would go check on my family and the things I seen walking from my car to the room…I don’t think it’s appropriate to write about here. To top it off, what really made me sit and write this review is that this MOTEL actually tried to charge me 200 dollars for “damages or incidentals! I refused 200 and the kid at the desk ended up charging 100 to my card. I haven't yet gotten it back so I’m wondering if it is now gone like all cleanliness and decency is gone from that Best Western Motel. DO NOT STAY HERE PEOPLE
If you have really stayed there and you are actually claiming that it was clean, safe or otherwise a good place to stay then ugh eww ugh

We were going to a wedding and wanted something close to the venue, this reviews is solely on the property and not the staff, I give 5* to the staff, but here we go, for starters we got in the room it was old and and reminded me of 1980, bed sheet had a food stain (I hope) at the corner, the bath tub did not drain, the AC unit sounded like a truck was idling in the room, I couldn’t sleep all night, the stairs leading to the rooms had animal feces, the elevator out of service, the pool water was green, over all save your money and time by booking elsewhere, to the owners and management, you really need to do something about all your issues in the property

I booked a few night at this hotel it looked like a nice area. Off the freeway a couple shopping centers near by. One I booked the room never did it say anything about construction. Once I checked in again I arrived at Friday night Round 10:30pm n never once did they tell me about the co struction going on. To make it worst I was next door to all the construction. I stayed 4 days. More like forced to stay after I would not get my refund back. I was hoping to use the pool nop construction tion was right by it. Breakfast did suck. Rooms are nice n spacious the cleaning lady are on top of it. Also my keys I kept going to the lobby to reset them every day even 2 times they kept asking are u putting them next to ur phone I said no my phone is in my back pocket n my cards are in my purse.

This place has the worst breakfast. Motel 6 has better breakfast then these guys the room I got was a handicap room. And if I was in a wheel chair I would be mad because the rooms are so small a wheel chair would not be able to move around in there the only place that was big was the bathroom and the bath tub did not drain. They are a pet friendly hotel but because there where a few cat litter pebbles on the ground in bathroom. I was charged 75 dollars as if a it was going to be a big job to clean up. There is cation tape on most of the stairways. And make sure you keep the little paper hand written with you deposit amount on there because if you lose it you won't get the money back. I don't see myself staying there again. Or suggesting this place. On the upside Texas roadhouse is right next door.
