Excellent Customer Service!!!! This motel was extremely clean and comfortable. Th staff was very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay when traveling across Hwy 24 in northern Illinois. A very budget friendly place that is right along the highway. Options for dining within walking distance.

Great room with good prices.
Room is very clean and cleaning service come everyday. Good internet service available and probably the best place to stay in. Manager is very nice. I just get coffee in the morning and can't review about breakfast. Over all great place to stay.

BED BUGS!!! Even just one star is way too high of a rating for this place. My family and I booked here at this super 8 hotel in Watseka, IL 3 weeks in advance. They failed to mention throughout that time that they have bed bugs, and failed to mention it at check in as well. We went to the room only to discover HEALTHY LIVE BED BUGS!!! Walking into the hotel alone was musty and disgusting. Then to discover bed bugs after removing only the two top sheets - is beyond disgusting. We brought the pillow that had a live bed bug crawling on it to the front desk to show the employees. They did not say anything at all to us, but instead, instantly started speaking a foreign language to each other. They completely ignored the issue and didn’t say much of anything at all but when asked for a refund.. the craziest part is they denied giving us a refund because we booked via third party. Third party was contacted immediately, they said hotel must issue refund. And they refused to do so. They have known about them having bed bugs and refuse to do anything to fix it. I am so disgusted!! This hotel needs to be investigated and shut down! PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!! BED BUG INFESTATION!!!

This is a lovely, clean, quiet place to stay. Excellent and kind service. Wonderful continental breakfast, perfectly located. We were happy to have this nice Super 8 while we were in town.

You know, I wasnt going to give it such a great rating bc it's just not my kind of hotel but I can't believe how incredibly soft the sheets were, pillows were perfect, bed was perfect. I got the best sleep I've gotten in a long time. It's super dated with the 90s amenities. The breakfast was super lacking with one bagel and poor options but what do you expect for $60/ night. There wasn't any strong bad smells, so that's a win. The TV and lights all worked. The shower could use a better head. But hot water was constant and strong. Fairly clean. No complaints. But those sheets omg... so soft. Almost took them lol almost...

Very helpful man that was the night manager was very attentive to our needs, and friendly! The room was clean, and the motel was very quiet. Best sleep I've ever had in a motel!

Rooms were pretty clean. No bugs noted. The comforter appeared clean, but on turning it over there was something on the back that appeared to be oil or grease or something. In their defense, it could be a stain. Would stay here again, and probably will.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The room was so dirty. It looked like they just made the bed and didn't bother cleaning the walls or even looking at the couch stain 🤢🤢🤢 Heater didn't work/ was broken, dead lady bug in the dresser. Didn't even stay the night, we found somewhere else to stay. Hopefully this place cleans up their act. I wasn't expecting much just a clean place to stay while visiting family, they did refund us for 6 out of the 7 days reserved at least. Reservation wasn't under my name it was under my partners name.
