Horrible hospitality they don't even get one star from me but I had no choice , the manager acts like he doesn't know about any crime happening there when there is a lot. Staff violated me a couple times or more shoved the door in my face then kicked me out for asking him not to do that , locks up coffee and has roaches all in the rooms and outside the size of my fist. God bless Super 8 ...

My bum ex is staying there trying to get housing. I was just there for the AC. They have security there that’s pretty solid. And they do their rounds on the property. So I haven’t seen any problems there. They make sure no one is lingering around outside or at the doors so that is nice. For the most part it’s quiet. My ex is a cheater so I left and went back home.

The cleaning ladies are really nice they're always on time to come service my room even tho they never had to cus I kept mine clean staff was always very friendly and took care of any problem right away the beds are comfortable ac gets super cold on these triple digit days I loved that,no bugs not one, loved the water pressure in the shower, and lastly clean towels and sheets no stains whatsoever ever always clean and fresh

I booked this place as my last resort for around $170 for 1 night. There was trash from previous guests who stayed at our room. There was baby cockroach in the bathtub when I first checkout the room. super rusty bathroom vent. Completely broken hair dryer so I have to use the AC to dry my hair. The shower was not great, the shower head shoot water was very poor. There was no bathroom door for my room, it just completely open and no privacy at all. The room location was very confusing. Our room was locate in a weird hallway that took us 3-4 turns around the corner to get there. There’s a pool but it’s super dirty like it was abandoned for a while. The door lock was not working so I couldn’t fully lock the door. Making me feel very unsafe, especially at night. Not recommend at all.

First of all they dont offer breakfast, nor do they have laundry on site. They need to fix the website. 2 wks ago we checked in party of 4, and looked forward to breakfast. The clerk handed me 2 individualy pacakaged store bought pastries and child sized juice cups but not before he asked to see my ID and asked what room we were in. Yesterday we stayed and were still only given 2 pastries and juicey juices. We shared it but think its hilarious the site states breakfast is included when they clearly know they don't! Rooms are comfy, spacious and they allow you to pay cash which is convenient.

I've read some of the reviews and I have to disagree with the negative comments. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and I've never checked into a room that wasn't clean. The staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and to accommodate guests. I've never had a problem here. The beds are comfortable and a lot of the rooms have been remodeled and are extra nice. I will definitely go back and recommend This hotel to anybody who wants a good value and a comfortable, quiet room.

Located near Loma Linda hospital. The staff were very nice, handicap parking just outside of accessible room. Room was clean, strong smell of cleaner. Bed was high for handicap. Toilet seat was broken in room. Front desk called maintenance that never came. We actually had to buy new parts and fixed it ourselves. The room was crowded and hard to get through with a walker. There was a shower seat (regular bathtub) and bars near toilet. I wouldn't consider the room accessible with just those additions. It worked for my mom in a pinch, but I wouldn't stay there again. Can't speak for the regular rooms, but wouldn't consider this room "accessible". If we weren't exhausted from the family emergency, we would have changed hotels.
