Not perfect, but very good: nice rooms. There is a table, microwave, fridge. Clean, comfortable. In my room, one of the lights had blinking bulb and other one did not work at all. On second day my key did not unlock my room, but had got the new key in 5 minutes. It weren't problems for me, but still it are drawbacks. Overall, i really liked this room for the price. I recommend it.

The Bed was good and pillows were ok. The Room was basic but clean which is what is important to me. The Staff were friendly. The Price was good. We didn't go down for breakfast. Chose sleep over eat so I can't say anything about the food. The building is dated but that does nt matter to me.

My room was not clean properly. There was blood on the wall . Black burn spot on the sheet. The shower had other people hair in it and so did the towels . There was a dryed towel on the top of the shower curtain. And to end it all the windows to our room was jammed open so we couldn’t close it. The employees even admitted that they did check if our room was cleaned before giving it to us. An we would have changed room if it wasn’t for us get back to the hotel later because we only came to Chicago to watch fluffy. So we dropped off our bags and left . So to say the least we will not be staying here again.

"You get what you pay for" comes to mind at this location last week stayed and room smelled like smoke fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Yesterday I booked hoping that it would be a different experience. Unfortunately that was not the case leaking faucet in the shower no water pressure at all the garden hose has a stronger pressure. Carpet looks as if they had done a deep cleaning on it. THE WORST PART OF MY EXPERIENCE IS THAT THE TOWELS ARE NOT WASHED EVERY DAY JUST TO SAVE MONEY. SUPER 8 CALLS IT "GOING GREEN" LIKE SERIOUSLY. Upon checking I mentioned to the employee and his response to smell of smoke was well that's why we charged $250 to clean but according to the employee getting rid of smell of smoke is difficult to get rid of it. All this while his demeanor was oh well that's to bad and who cares how the rooms are I would definitely not going back at all.

If you want to get enough sleep, you won't get it. There is a hood on each floor and it makes noise like an airplane engine. The hotel staff can't turn it off.

Great help at front desk fast freindly helped me with my bags to the room.switched rooms because toilet didn't flush.clean rooms,microwave, fridge,plenty of parking.
