Great stay for the price! Clean room, quiet hotel comfy bed and pillows. Coffee was gone by the time I left around 9am but I can't complain. Located in a quiet safe town, I arrived late at night and no concerns whatsoever. I would stay here again if I need a place to crash on my next trip.

For a last minute booking. Started off good! Christa got all our rooms situated & reserved. Went straight to rooms. Clean & quiet, beds comfy. Only thing wrong was fridge didn't work. Asa I told Christa she stopped what she was doing & went & checked it out. It took maybe 20 mins & she had a brand new fridge installed. She went out of her way to help!! Thanks Christa!!

This is the worst experience my wife and I have ever had at a motel. My 13yo nephew was with us and he was also disgusted. We arrived at approximately 11pm . Booked a pet friendly NON SMOKING ROOM. Room 216. The minute the elevator door opened the hallway wreaked of cigarette smoke!!!!! Which aggravated us because you are supposed to be on a floor with NON SMOKING ROOMS. Next we get to our room. The minute we open the door a horrible odor of animal urine hits you in the face. It was the worst smell you could imagine. You could tell that animals were allowed to urinate all in the carpet. There were stains in the carpet as you enter the room. In order just to be able to tolerate the smell my wife went to the front desk and told the night clerk about the horrific smell and ask for something to help with the odor like carpet fresh or a spray of some sort. He gave her an almost empty can of Lysol. Never offered to change our room. No apology No nothing. We sprayed the entire can of Lysol all over the room but unfortunately it did NOTHING FOR THE SMELL. We had driven 5 and a half hours and were tired or we would have ask for a refund and left! I realize pets have accidents but this was entirely out of control and let go. I would suggest to management that if you are going to have pet friendly rooms that you need to remove the carpet and put some type of flooring that can be mopped clean. And also enforce your NON SMOKING POLICY. People are allergic to smoke and don’t want to be exposed to secondhand smoke. We feel like no one should be put in a room like this. We left feeling unclean and totally disgusted. WE WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! And you would think management would do something about this because from reading other reviews you can see other people have had the same problems. It’s really a shame. Had to give one star in order to be able to post this but it’s not worth even one star.

We stay at this hotel every year when we travel to visit family. It’s clean, the beds are comfy, and the front desk staff is exceptionally friendly. Admittedly, it could use some updates, but it’s a great deal for the price. The pool area is simple, but has a clean pool too.

Leaving one star for this place is more than they deserve. If I could put zero I would. To start off, I walked in the room and there was this weird moldy smell. But I figured hey it’s a cheap old hotel, it‘s probably is going to smell a little weird. The carpet looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed or cleaned in a long time, if ever. And the carpet and lighting was very dark, so it was hard to see in there. All of that I likely could have dealt with, and since we weren’t going to be in our room very much because we were in town for a wedding, we just said whatever. But on the third night when I actually had time to sit in my room, I was sitting in the dark as everyone was sleeping, and when I turned on the lights, there were cockroaches everywhere. So I immediately packed up all of our stuff, pulled my six-year-old son out of bed and went to a different hotel at about two in the morning, and as I was leaving, I obviously complained to the front desk and their best refund they could offer me was $50, and refunded me for the two nights I was supposed to stay, but didn’t. Or we could have moved to another room, which no way since I’m sure all the rooms had roaches. And the manager Lou Chadwick had the nerve to tell me that those are “common bugs”. Not only did I have to wake my 6 year old son up in the middle of the night to change hotels, but we had to go through all of our food and throw out anything that was open so we didn’t bring the roaches home, and when I picked up my son‘s pillow in the middle of the night, one of them ran out of his pillowcase.? The photos online for this place are definitely deceiving. We stayed in room 202 on May 24, 2024.

We arrived at this hotel for the June Jam, check is was great service. we were told Prior not do not stay at this hotel due to its smelling like cigarettes, and the carpet/rooms have a bad odor. We were sitting in the lobby and you could hear a different situations going on I will not go into detail on here. We did not feel the safest at this hotel. We arrived early she said we could check in we did not rush anyone to clean the room we are not those type of people. I actually went to a store about cleaning stuff and we cleaned our room if they would look at the trash can they will see where we dusted and cleaned and cleaned the shower as well. I do not recommend this place unless you are ok with all these different situations. The air conditioner worked upon arrival we went to the June Jam, came back the air did not work the rest of the night we had to keep flipping the switch to even get the fan to come on. we absolutely burnt up in this room alone with smelling like cigarette smoke. I reached out to corporate, management said there were no odors, that is a lie you can smell marijuana upon getting off the elevator on the second floor along with cigarettes. I would say if there was an opening at another location we would have completely left in the midnight hour. There was no availability within an hour of the hotel and we were three and a half hours from home.
