The room was clean. The bath fan was loud. The English was a bit hard to understand. Extra fifteen bucks for a cot. Didn’t stay for breakfast although it looked okay. Getting into the place was a bit weird due to needing to take a couple of off intersections. I would probably stay there again.

When we arrived there was no one as the desk and a sign said to dial “0”, however there was no phone anywhere so we stuck our arm through the slit between the plexiglass and called. The attendant came quickly. Hallways and room were clean. Bed was okay. Hotel is very near I74 and there was some road noise but not unbearable. Disappointed there was no breakfast as amenities when booked indicated breakfast was served.

It's exactly what I needed: a nice quiet room overnight with a TV and some distraction channels. Breakfast bar is a little lighter than others I have had, but that's all right, it keeps me from overdoing, at least a little. Would recommend for an overnight stop.

Stayed here while visiting family but won't be back. The 1st room we were given smelled when we first got in there but we thought it was just because it was stuffy due to AC not having been on and it was warm out. Then it got worse, we moved a chair and found a cigarette, then someone's leftovers in the fridge. We got a glove from front desk and disposed of these items that we shouldn't have found if housekeeping was cleaning the room properly. We dropped off our stuff then left for a while after turning ac on. When we got back the room smelled worse, it smelled like someone had been in there smoking while we were gone. Front desk tried to tell me it was coming through the air conditioner vent from outside because people smoke out front. Mind you the vent/ windows for our room were by bushes and parking lot not by the sidewalk where everyone stands to smoke. Then we discovered mold on the curtains. We were able to change rooms to a different 1st floor room, this one didn't smell thankfully. We still saw mold on curtains and this room had it in the bathroom on the ceiling as well. Towels were dirty and had holes. If we hadn't already paid for 2 nights we wouldn't have stayed. The picture above the bed looked like it had something on the wood frame around it. Just gross! They made the lobby look beautiful and inviting but now they need to spend money on the rooms. They also need to train housekeeping to clean the rooms more thorough not just spot clean

We don’t leave around the area. We came for a family event and we didn’t want to drive back home because it was far. We decide to stay here bad decision ever!!!!! We get to our Rooms and in the bathroom they were 2 cockroaches and the sheets were layered up the bottom sheets were blood stains. We went to front desk and ask for a refund. They didn’t want to give a refund and they try giving us another room and in the second room the pillows had ants. We show the front desk person and he tried given us their best rooms. We denied them. We were about to call the police because they were refusing to give us our money back. I had my 3 children with me how are we putting our kids to sleep in a room with all this messiness. Stay away from here!!!
