Taja is GREATTTTTT LOLLLL BEST HOTEL I’VE EVER STAYED AT!!! His service is wonderful! Check in was at 3pm and he let us check in early at 3am. He was calm, understanding, VERY VERY FLEXIBLE WITH HIS TIME! He is highly appreciated from me and my family. Rooms were up kept and clean! I’m super observant and the floor boards were white asf lol. In between the tiles were clean. Beds clean!! Mattress was comfortable and soft asf! And the housekeeping SO FREAKING NICE😭 I felt like I was at my grandparents house lol. The breakfast is simple. Cereal, waffle machine, bagels, toast, coffee…yk simple shit. Over all I’m grateful and I WILL BE RETURNING AGAIN!

Great customer service! I ended up needing a place to stay last minute while on a trip and they were at the top of the Expedia search. I wasn’t expecting the excellent service and nice rooms so it was an extra bonus! Check in was easy and fast and the room was so nice had a hot tub!

This place is fine for a night or two. Affordable, clean, generally safe and in a great area close to everything. The water pressure in the shower is a 10/10. The staff is always very nice.
Some rooms have a very old heat/ac unit- they work, but they look like they're from 1862 and very loud. The wing chairs have seen WAY better days- in fact, most of the furniture in the rooms is a bit old & run down, but still functional. My biggest 'complaint' tho would be the lighting in the room- it's very white, very bright, & very harsh. I wish they had softer options to allow for better relaxation. Outside of this, it's comfortable for those of us on a budget. I've had multiple stays so far and keep going back.

I got to the super 8 late Friday night on my birthday and it had been a very bad day not only did the front desk make me feel welcome they also were concerned about my feelings and listen to me talk and eas very patient with me with all I had going on I want to thank the gentleman who listened and also distracted me by talking to me about wrestling that we both have been watching since we were kids. Thank you so much for everything yall did you help me.

I wasn?t able to use the reservation I don?t dven know how it was made in this city because I entered Winchester VA ? they told me a refund was discretionary and they are not doing it. Negative: Plenty. I entered Winchester VA. I?ve never even heard of Olney & somehow I ended up w/a room there & they refused to refund my money even though it is done at their discretion my sons fianc has cancer and we were going to see her now we have to wait to

Having seen recent rave reviews about this hotel on other sites, I decided to take a chance and booked a weeknight. The hotel is undergoing renovations which were still in progress during my visit. The rooms have new paint, carpeting, lighting, beds, bedding, appliances (A/C unit, refrigerator, 1-cup coffee maker, hairdryer), sink, and vanity. The bathtub was old but the shower head was new and the water pressure was good. The dresser, desk, and nightstand looked old but functional. The carpet in the hall had been laid but not tacked down, and the stairwell carpeting had just been removed. The laundry room had new tile but no grout yet. A work in progress for sure. There was a nice breakfast spread with hot food (eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles) included. The front desk staff were very friendly. Overall, this is probably the nicest Super 8 I have stayed at. Now having said that, it is still a Super 8. The basic architecture is unchanged; the walls are thin and there's no place to hang clothing. If you keep your expectations at that level, I think you'd be pleasantly surprised, especially considering the price. I've paid far more for worse places.
