4 overall, would have been a 5, but they need to work on some detail cleaning.. overall beds were comfortable no stained up sheets or burn holes. They have a pool wish it was that weather looked nice. Room was great for the suite, nice and roomy. Air worked good, and was not noisy. People were friendly and respectful.

Will use this hotel for future visits to st louis.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. The room smelled clean. The sheets were clean. Pillows seem fluffy until you laid on them and then they are like rocks. Floor was dirty and sticky feeling and the fleece blanket seemed to not have been changed in a while. The door didn’t close fully, there was a gap around the door and the lock latch was very loose. The hallway was in need of a vacuum for sure. Overall you get what you pay for. We needed a cheap place to sleep a few hours and that’s what we got. But overall I’ve stayed at worse for more money.

Set my expectations low but this place did not disappoint. The staff were very accomodating. One of the guest's dog peed in the hallway and that was kinda gross. But after alerting the staff, they took care of it right away. The rooms were decent size and clean sheets. Of the multiple rooms that we reserved, two of them smelled funny especially the bathroom, like someone smoked in there. We did not eat breakfast there so can't comment on that. I would highly reccomend this place for anyone visiting the area looking for last minute room reservation.

So I just had a blow out on interstate in sub freezing weather and had to have my car towed. Had someone drop me at this motel to wait 30 minutes while waiting for my ride and the receptionist said I couldn’t wait in the lobby. She said for me to stay 30 minutes I had to book a room. Absolutely unbelievable! So I walked in the cold to the nearby convenience store who was super nice and let me sit at a table to wait. Never give these people your business. In my opinion the receptionist should be fired for lack of common decency.

Additional note: so after writing above I read other comments. Seems poor service is a general theme here. From one of the comments it sounds like they rent rooms by the hour. Perhaps I should have asked for a rate for 30 minutes. Do not stay here. Can’t believe Super 8 agreed to put their name on this place.

Stayed there for a night because of weather conditions. Price was EXCELLENT. Good appearance for a budget hotel. Lobby was nice and welcoming. They had a pool in the courtyard - even though it is not swimming weather - it was attractive. Be a nice place to stay in the summer. Room was basic - everything is good working order. Average breakfast. Very clean!

I was very impressed with the motel. I felt like I was staying in a more expensive uptown hotel. The rooms are very clean. The beds were comfortable. The toiletries provided were excellent, and the staff was just amazing. They were working diligently to clean the parking lot of the snow and ice so that we’d have a safe place to park And even though I wasn’t a Rewards member ahead of time they made sure that I got signed up for the Rewards program so that in the future, I could earn free nights and discounts. The breakfast they served in the morning was very good too.

The first room they put us in was filthy. There was mold on the power strip. All the walls looked like someone had wiped boogers and caca all over. Seriously. The place is advertised as non smoking but the room stank Horribly. And smoke wasn't the only smell. There were holes in the ceiling from water damage and plaster falling off. One of the holes had what looked like dirty toilet paper stuffed in it.

We had them move us to a new room that wasn't much better. Mold in the shower and still a strong stench. I watched them clean (the old parents of the family that owns it cleans the rooms) and they did basically nothing. It was wild. The phone didn't work and was super dirty. We had to deep clean the room and wipe everything down ourselves.

The carpet in the hall was nasty, and it was so obvious that it never gets vacuumed. Cockroaches were everywhere. We killed three just in our room.

The staff has some younger guy at the front desk who was not helpful and it was almost impossible to ever get anyone at the front desk.
The breakfast was a joke and mixed in with the tiny, stale muffins was one that had a bite already taken out. It was the same thing of muffins left out in the basket for three days straight.

There were so many disturbing things about this place that I can't explain it all on here.

Sufficed to say, do not stay here.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I had to go to the emergency room and tried to cancel my reservation and was told that there were no exceptions to their cancelation policy. Any decent, respectable motel would recognize an emergency and offer a refund.
